This is the first time we are using Outback & Carrabba's Express and the last time. First one the menu there aren't any prices. The first person I spoke to on the phone was nice. I then received a text saying the food will be there between 8:40 and 8:50. So at 9:05 i called. The lady i spoke with was nice as well. She told me they had a 3rd party delivery and said they were supposed to call when they came. I didn't. The young lady said it was dropped off at 830. The only thing they can do is make me a new order. So I had the food waiting outside in the cold. Now waiting for the new food its now 923. More later. 9:40 the kind lady on the phone came with a hot order. She was very sweet. Thank you.
I was given a meat ball cut in half and the manager Matt said that that was the regular size that it is my perception because it is packaged differently. I have purchased these meat balls in the past and they were never this small. He was not helpful at all. He didn't care at all about what I was trying to say. I will never buy food from here again. The last time I ordered I was also missing certain things that comes with food. I didn't complaint then but this time I have to.
Ordered pick up from here and it was great! Food was hot and delicious with generous portions. The Fettuccine was delicious. Kids got chicken tenders and spaghetti and ate it all. Was a bit tricky to find it but super nice employees and very friendly and fast service. Can recommend!
I can understand being overwhelmed, understaffed and over worked but we ordered a week in advance and called to confirm the delivery on the day off which the manager confirmed was on its way with the catering manager who is making the deliveries herself. He advise he would call us back with the time, he never called back. After 45 minutes I proceeded to call to find the status of the order that should have been delivered an hour and 15 minutes ago and was advised that she was still on her way and stuck in traffic but will be there shortly. An hour later I called to follow up and see the status of the delivery and was given the phone number of the catering manager directly to contact her to see where she is. She answered that our order was for another date, gave me the runaround then said the order was in the car and she will have to deliver it at a later time, then said that she confirmed the date was for the 15th with me the day before but she couldn't confirm the number called and proceeded to give me a different number and was all over the place. Then said she was busy at the moment and we'll have to deal with me later either get my money back or wait till later for the order to be delivered. The same order that she had previously just stated she did not have in her car but then somehow it magically was there but it's not till the 15th that it needs to be delivered. So many lies, an office full of hungry individuals and 2 angry diabetics later, nothing was done to fix this. I would not recommend this place. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. This was scheduled for 12/10/21 and as of today we never even received an apology. 1 star (because I have no choice) for your service and catering manager unprofessionalism.
I order through Postmates, called the restaurant to reconfirm; the manager Will was super pleasant and professional. The food was incredibly as always delicious and amazing!
The food was cook well tasted great the person on the phone got it right . I Was disappointed with the dessert not what I ordered. When you spend 65.00 for take out you would hope that you got just what you ordered. The delivery person was also very nice. 80 out of 100 in points. Accurate and to the letter guys. Maybe next time. Then that will be my last order. Thank you
