Unfortunately when we arrived it was shameful that the manager (employee ) was screaming at a some fellow and I was walking in with my grandkids. She could have stopped the yelling and accommodated the customer. Very bad environment. Yes it's all on camera ?. Embarrassing.
My daughter school is around the corner and we stopped there after her 3rd grade graduation. They gifted her an ice cream, congratulated her and all the employees that came to the drive thru window singlely came up to us and congratulated my baby. I felt so special and she felt like a star. What warmed my heart was these girls were soooooo beyond kind, sweet and made it a point to make my daughter feel special. That’s is priceless and it’s Gods work. This is now again my favorite McDonalds thanks to do this crew. Your good work is noticeable and we appreciate it. Thanks to the beautiful manager and her beautiful team of girls plus the gentleman that works in the back :) Blessings to all of you. May all your dreams come true and never stop doing for other what you did for us. Cheers ?
I usually order online through the app and decide to eat there after a long day at work, or to catch a quick breakfast before going to work. With the exception of one time since it was really busy, this place will have the order ready in no more than 3-5 minutes, which is really reasonable considering my somewhat complex order. The staff there is respectful and friendly. Huge thumbs up to whoever manages that place. Keep up the great work!
This is my first time to this Location. I ordered a Double fish meal heavy tartar freshly cooked with a diet drink. My sandwich somehow had Mac sauce added to it. I clearly said heavy tartar. The drive thru cashier was great & we all make mistakes no problem. I get to the window to pick up the order & I'm handed a drink with no ice. I didn't ask for no ice. I explained to the young man he took the drink upset but never gave me a drink. I was told to park & the fish would take 3-4 minutes. The same young man brought out my food with no drink. I told him I never received my drink. He gave me the same drink with no ice that I later found out it was Dr.Pepper. I had no napkins, no ketchup, the wrong drink & the sandwich was cold with rock hard cold fries. All after waiting parked out in front of the restaurant for me supposedly freshly made order. I live in Liberry City but since I was in the area I decided to try this location instead of waiting until I drove home. This was indeed a terrible mistake that I'll never make again.
Terrible service. Ordered double quarter pounder. Got single quarter pounder in double box and attitude when requested to get it right.
Look, this won't matter as who cares about their reviews... BUTMy wife ordered an item from their memu and when she got to the window to pic it up they gave her something else. The cashier never gave her a receipt, so the person giving out the food accused her of lying.When I called the store, manager on duty totally did not care. She was rude and accused my wife of lying and changed her store 3 times in our conversation.I am fully aware no one reads these and the fact that my wife felt that she was being discriminated against does not matter here, I am just hoping if you read this you will go to the store locate on US 1, just down the street.
This particular McDonald's is friendly and curtious..clean well kept..just harder access from hallandale Blvd.
Asked for fresh french fries after receiving food. Fries was NOT fresh, was redipped and the lady advise that the oil needed to be changed but it wasn't going to be changed until in the next morning. I feel that since this whole pandemic prices went up. If I'm paying my money on food, I expect for my food to be fresh and hot. Maybe Mc Donald's should have the same policy like Wendy's....check fries, if they are not hot and fresh...they replace them with fresh fries. People pay their money on food, food should be on point rather its from a fast food eatery or a 5? restaurant.IJS
Went to drive thru. I hadn't ordered their milkshake in years so I was very shocked at the tiny cup that was well over $3.00+ Total RIP off.
My husband and I go here for our lunch date always so clean and friendly.
