Got both cheeseburgers without a cheese, asked to fix. Got them back in unfixed state. Asked to fix again, finally got them with unmelted (cold) cheese just added inside. Didn’t asked for any extra fix as this felt like the mission impossible. Free of charge ice cream did not help to limit the calories.To make the picture complete had to listen together with my child how one rude customer exchanged F-words with the personnel before leaving.Probably could have been worse… I guess.
I don't usually write reviews but I had to on this 1. I was on the drive-through menu for about 15 minutes with no answer. When I finally pulled up they told me their headset was not connected so I finally paid. When I was receiving my food all I ask for is a drink and manager said I have to go all the way around to order 1 which I didn't appreciate because of the inconvenience of time . His name was Brian. Will never return again
Where to start here...two ordering areas at the drive thru and both sides were fairly busy. I decided to go inside thinking maybe it would be faster. I was wrong. The drive thru wasn't busy because it was just busy, it was busy because the staff were obviously not being managed. It was totally a free for all. One employee asked another if they could make a large soda for him and the employee proceeded to leave the line, greet a friend and then go back to his station never once helping out. I don't blame the employees tho, this is on the manager. If you aren't managing your people then they're gonna do what they want to do and that's what they were doing, whatever they wanted. The staff were more interested in cracking jokes or leaning against the counters than getting the customers served. Now, savor the food... When I finally received it the items were clearly past corporate standards regarding how long food should be held. The nuggets were hard and somehow also chewy and the Big Mac looked like someone put it together an hour ago wearing a blindfold. I didn't waste my time even attempting to get it corrected, I knew it wasn't gonna happen. Be forewarned. Choose another.
Drive through was seamless . I ordered online on their app and got an order in less than 3 minutes. Very nice staff. Quick and pleasant. Will always choose this location
I waited in line for an hour and when I finally arrived to order they didn’t even ask me for my order or even say hello. I waited for 15 minutes. After I gave up and drove to the window I told them I was waiting 15 mins for them to take my order…. Honestly, i was so annoyed and lost my appetite.
zero star look what they just gave me when I asked for a happy meal at the drive thru they treated me really bad and look what they gave me
The 2nd shift crew can never get my order right. I stood at the register for 4 minutes unattended while the entire crew danced to some ratchet rap song with cuss words as they made a tic tok video. I look up and security cameras everywhere so it's obvious no one cares. All while a 7 year old girl listened and her mother in shock while the crew sung along to the profanity.The smell of weed smoke is apparent on them and the bathrooms are never clean. One of the worst managed restaurants I've ever walked in.
I haven't had any issues with any employees being rude in a few months. Customer service at this location is ALWAYS TERRIBLE & today was no exception until Nikki Jr. assisted me.Fortunately, Nikki Jr. was VERY polite. She actually assisted me & was nice, kind & she seemed to genuinely care about helping me with my order today.
I hate how the system shuts down in between menu changes. I work the graveyard and would like some breakfast before I get home after work and the system always seems to be down to take my order. The time is around 4am and I have been to this location multiple times around that time to never get served. Luckily I live near the location and had to come back a hour later to order and for them to not even get my order correct mind blows me. There wasn't any more orders to take I know I spoke very clearly and still managed to be disappointed.
Drive-thru is very slow at lunch time in this location. And the prices have gone up unreasonable for drinks. Looks like I'm going to have to find other locations.
