The online coupon doesn't work if you order only one pizza . I had to physically go and order it , when I asked about the online only coupon the question was dismissed . The pizza was good but they should state the coupon only good if you buy more than one pie.
First time trying a Marco’s pizza, and I have to say, it wasn’t half bad! The dough was good and the sauce was very flavorful. The toppings tasted fresh and they made it really fast! The price for a large pizza is reasonable, about 16-18 slices. All in all, it was pretty good ?
I order 2 pizzas and cheese bread for myself and my son. When I arrived to pick up the pizza the store was completely dark as if they were closed already way before closing time. I had to knock on the window to get this gentleman attention. He handed me my pizza and I went to my car to check it. After opening the cheese bread I realized it was undercooked and so was both pizzas. I went back to inform him and he asked me what do I want them to do. I asked either make it right or provide me with the cash to buy something different. He also informed me the OVENS WERE OFF ALREADY. He said he was just “the cleaner” and when I asked for the manager he said the manager was busy. I asked multiple times for the manager informing him I didn’t want to speak to him anymore. He slammed the door and went and voided my ticket. I asked him again for the manager and he then informed me “HE IS ABOVE THE MANAGER”. I replied you just said you’re the CLEANER so how are you above the manager? He replied I just so happen to be above the manager and told me “I’m banned from Marco’s pizza from now on”…. I’ve never in my life experience poor customer service as I did tonight and I left feeling like I was in the wrong to be banned for complaining about undercooked pizza which could make myself and my child sick. This man needs to be trained on how to provide good customer service to paying customers that helps him to even have a job. Without us “customers” there is NO MARCO’s Pizza !!!!!!
I witnessed one of the people in charge say to an Uber eats delivery driver “you’re not even a customer” in a rude manner because the driver was asking why the food was taking so long. But does he realize they have to deal with the customer telling them how long it took. I wouldn’t have wrote this review if he didn’t respond the way he did to the driver. I walked out before they took my order.
I was trying to order one of the specials on the app. I was being charged for something that should have been included so I called the Hallandale Beach location to see if I was doing something wrong. The girl who answered the phone had no clue what I was talking about. She kept asking me for a coupon code. I told her it was listed under the specials. There wasn’t a code provided because you just click on it to order. She said they only had one special and that wasn’t it. I asked to her ask someone thinking maybe she’s new because how could they not know about the specials on the app. She said everyone’s busy. She told me if I want to try to order it from the app and maybe I will get it. WHAT??? She finally said she would ask the manager. She came back and said the manager said if there’s not a coupon code that they will not honor the special. It would have been so easy for them to look at the app and answer my question. I know some deals are only available on the app with restaurants and I wanted to place the order on the app. I just needed a question answered. After reading other reviews about how the owner speaks to the employees I understand now why the employee didn’t attempt to help me. She could care less if I ordered from them or not. So I didn’t. We won’t be ordering from them again. I’m so glad that the location by our other home in SC isn’t like this. They are so nice and helpful at that location.

Good pizza. Very fast. Pleasant staff. Toppings wanted to fall off the xl pizza. I think pizza is just better cooked smaller. Clean store.
Pizza was very good. The older guy was knocking orders or right and left. The young man was, crawling compared to him. Though he was polite, I had a large order and he wasn't doing anything.. he wouldn't help me to car with the pizzas.. . other that... Everything good.
We searched Google maps for a nearby pizzeria, we found this one and it turns out that after traveling 10 miles we arrived at 11:15 pm (10/02/2021), they were cleaning and the person who attended me told me that I only delivered to the house, I demanded that they put it on the WEB Site to do not take the trip for fun. They should say that it closes at 11pm because they did not feel like attending. We will never go back, bad attention.
