They don't like picking up the phone dinosaur Darude don't even acknowledge that you're in the store
I have never had a bad experience at a pizza place like here. Sadly we waited for over 1 hour for a pizza and wings. From de customer service to the food, it was just bad. Staff only stood there and talked to each other. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of standing there we finally got our food. However, when we got home we notice EVERYTHING was not fully cooked. We could not eat anything. $30 waisted at this place. Never coming back to this place.
The 3 stars are for the manager that acknowledged my issue and was pleasant. I waited for a long period of time for a 5 dollar pizza and wings. I watched people come and go who arrived after me. When I arrived home, I even noticed the cheese pizza box had the name Anabelle on it. That's not me, so Anabelle was probably given my pizza. The manager did offer an item for my long wait, thank you. I guess the wings took a long time. I must say the pizza wasn't that great. It used to be much better in the past. This was my first time in years eating food from there. The wings were okay. The breadsticks were okay. I remember the crazy bread being better. I probably will not eat from the restaurant anymore.
This place has the worst service and management. I went in there on a lunch break and ordered the lunch combo, with a cheese pizza since I don’t eat pork.. I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes was up. I was called to receive none other than the pizza I did not order. It was a pepperoni pizza… On the receipt on the box it clearly shows that it was supposed to be a cheese pizza. This clearly means the manager who was assisting me was not being attentive or listening to my needs. Then I had to end up leaving the pizza , getting a refund, and finding somewhere else to eat. I will never go to this lil caesars again. They put a bad name on the whole corporation!!!!
Ya that was trash, employees are very under trained and she was talking to someone on her phone the whole time. None of the sodas were stocked up either, pizza was cut awfully. Pizza tasted good as always because it's little ceasars but definitely my worst little ceasars experience ever.
Tried to place an order was on hold for over 15 minutes hung up called back and hold for an other 10 so no pizza
I had the most worst experience ordering from this location. We spoke to customer service and they were not able to resolve our issue. We had pizza delivered to us that was left unattended and by the time we received the pizza it was very cold. We called them back to ask for a refund or to re issue us pizza but they said it was past 30 minutes. However, whether before 30 minutes or not the pizza were cold and we ordered from this same location the day before and our pizza were cold. I was very upset and furious that they weren’t able to help. As they also had a missing box. I will not recommend anyone to order here if they treated us horrible and didn’t resolve the issue and we gave our staff cold pizza.
I am absolutely DISTGUSTED with this establishment, it's atrocious. The store manager is just rude.
For me litte ceaser is the best pizza and affordable prices
Usually this location be messing up terribly but today they were on point.! My pizza, bbq wings, and crazy bread was delicious.! Let’s see if the next time I order it’ll be on point again.
