Nice family owned Cuban restaurant that seemed to be well liked by the locals. We had the sampler appetizer and we were full before finishing that! We shared the grilled fish topped with the shrimp in Creole sauce. Amazing! We left so stuffed for $45. The dinner was like high and restaurants in Latin America. Very fresh. Very well prepared. Service was also good. We were well attended.

Not worth it! Stay Away from the Hallandale location! Ordered a couple of Cuban sandwiches, didn't have enough meat, bread and pork was dry. Had to ask for mayo and cilantro sauce. They charged us for every little thing, charged for a tiny timble of cilantro sauce for their dry sandwiches. The manager was so hard up on the extra dollar for condiments, she is a total "B**ch"! Spent $24 for two sandwiches, that price is without drinks, you would think that they would be nice enough to throw in 2 condiments for those prices. If you speak Spanish they treat you much better at this location. The location in Pembroke Pines, the manager is amazing, he has an energetic personality and welcomes everyone.

Over priced chicken soup. Pork chunks not fresh. I buy here for my parents that live close by. I’ve been A loyal customer at the pines location for years. Quality of food in Hallandale location not the same. Respectfully My personal and some of my friends experience. We are Cuban and know fresh Cuban food when we taste it.

Food was good. Service could be better. Waitress demanded we give a higher tip. 18% was tipped. Tips are based on service, and if the restaurant doesn't include the gratuity tip they shouldn't have the audacity to demand more. Very unprofessional.

Delicious food, ample portions and well made drinks. Totally great Cuban experience. Homemade and authentic. We loved the papa rellena and empanadas.

Have been in this restaurant couple of times and I’ve tried different dishes overtime. My favorite appetizer is papa rellena, empanadas and croquetas are also yum.My recommended entrees are: churrasco and lechón asado.Drinks are not as good to my taste. Mojitos are decent but I had better ones at Padrinos (the restaurant nearby).Waitress are friendly and helpful.Restaurant is always clean and organized.Bathrooms are also tidy.Prices are affordable and plates are VERY big - at least for me and I eat a lot.I rated it as 4 stars due to the drinks as it’s missing it to perfect the experience.

Fantastic place! Authentic menu with large portions, and they even threw me a surprise birthday bash. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Super friendly and flexible. Wide variety of food. Very well executed.

The greeter was very bad at communicating the truth about eating space availability. We asked if we could sit outside, her response was, reservation are needed for outside seating, however, that was not true and she should be recommended for discriminating asking customers of dark skin. The food was excellent but service was slow. Waitress not available for service. Need better customer service.

Very good Cuban food. Ultra friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. I really liked this place and highly recommend it ?
