Horrible customer service….Placed an order online for the country fried steak. I go to pick up my order and the lady behind the counter tells me there’s no sausage gravy. Instead of calling me and telling me before I drive to pick up my food would have been highly appreciative. Not wanting a dry steak I asked to cancel my order. I was told there was no way to cancel my order. I politely said I’ll just cancel it on my credit card. As I’m walking out the young lady was talking to the cook says with an attitude fine by me. after a 12 hour shift trying to get a hot meal, instead I get this phenomenal customer service that was offered at this particular IHOP., So now I have to go through the inconvenience of calling my bank disputing the charge , gas was wasted and my time was wasted . Thanks for great attitude young lady. I have been going to this ihop for over 25 years and will never go back. My recommendation get someone that cares about their job to represent the front of the house. (It was the lady with the red hair )
Good place they work hard here a waitress named Debbie was superb nice friendly the cooks are slow but good waitresses get blamed for food not coming our fast enough but not there fault I tip well here, why do people go out to eat and then hurry to eat? I would rather wait a few extra MINUTES do quality food all around good place I go there a lot ask for Debbie she knows her stuff??
They're always late with your orders. And don't order online you'll never get exactly what you ordered. Messed up my order for the last time. Ihop in Hallandale sucks.
Order on site and waited 2 hours for food just for DoorDash to say it was canceled. I tried to contact the store and ask them why they canceled my order. I was left on hold for about 30 minutes. I hung up and tried again, to which I was greeted by a rude lady and was told to contact corporate about this issue. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and come to find out she was the manager. She gave me no answer to my canceled order and told me 24 hours till I received a refund. It has been over 24 hours yet I received nothing. Tried to call again, after it being two days since the incident, and was still left on hold for ridiculous time frame. I cant speak for the food here, but the customer service is terrible.
Rude staff. Not open 24 hours. Door was locked on us. People inside were eating and we were told to get lost because they had to clean the restaurant before the health authorities arrived. Obviously serious issues with this location. Probably dodged a bullet if the health authorities had to shut them down.
Whole order was wrong asked for cheese in eggs and there was none . I wanted 4 bacon and 2 ham. That was wrong. They charged extra for certain items and they did not add them . But charged for it . We tried calling and no one answered . Ever . Will not be going back but will go get my money back for the items I did not get .. ruined my morning
The restaurant is in a great location and the waiters work very hard to take care of their customers. My suggestion is to hire more staff and greet people when they arrive. I could see the restaurant was busy but no one knowledge my presence for at least 6 to 9 minutes.
I have taken my family to IHOP on Sunday morning. Our server Ray did absolutely extremely great he was on point with our orders! He checks on us making sure everything is alright. We enjoy his presence because when he came to our table he's always had a smile and was very professional. Thank you, Ray, for your hospitality and great service and IHOP for hiring him to their organization.
Awful service in an empty dinning room. I dont expect much, but for me to wait 20 mins for a cup of coffee and cold food its not gomna work for me. Shame on all the staff for standing around doing zero.
Male manager was very professional and made sure we had great service. He was very accommodating as we requested to sit on the patio. He made or experience!
