The food was decent, they just needs to clean the restaurant better.
So I normally don't ever write rivews but this one I had to! I order with Uber Eats and cuz I'm EXTRA and need my sauces n Xtra extra pickles which is not provided to do so on the Uber eats app even if the place charges generally. Need least to say I called explained to the young Gentleman who didn't quite get what I was telling him. Rashad the AGM then procecced to answer n solve my request. But it wasnt the fact is resolve it but his PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE which was Tonow knowing an situation to explain n better train his fellow employees/ workers to be more sufficient and problem solving.. I've been in F&B N HOSPITALITY HOTELS ECT. SO I UNDERSTAND N PATIENT, but I was VERY IMPRESSED with the Concern

I've eaten at plenty of Five Guys restaurants and as a former owner of fast-food restaurants I have to give it to the store manager and crew, the store was clean, the food was excellent, cooked fresh to order, unlike many other fast-food restaurants! The crew worked together as a team with everyone doing their job, and it made the speed of service excellent, with little to no waiting
The burgers, fries and milkshakes are top notch. Even better is the mountain of fries they give you. I order a regular and they must have filled my bag with what would have been 2 orders. So many fries, so very good!
Worst 5guys ever!! Customer service HORRIBLE! Walked in 15 minutes before closing and was told with attitude that their closed in the most disrespectful manner ever by a African American girl with plaits. I never experienced anything in that manner before, if your unhappy with your job don't work there but taking it out on the customer is unacceptable! Entire store was disgusting, tables outside were dirty my 2 year old even said " ewww mommy that's nasty" stay away from this five guys

I went in Halloween at about 6 p.m. the place was mobbed, I ordered a vanilla milkshake but I couldn't wait anymore, I walked out the guys behind the line we're doing a great job working as fast as they could it just was too many people in the restaurant. Usually Five Guys in Hallandale are great their food is always great never a problem it was just a busy Halloween night. Nothing anybody could do about it....
As I was driving to the store, I wanted to place an order so I could pick it up upon arrival, but I got put on lengthy hold and the store phone was never picked up again. As I placed my order, I noticed that the dressing station was severely backed up, there were a lot of cooked patties sitting on the side of the grill and the fries seemed to have waited their turn for a while. The store associates did not look motivated at all, it seemed that they simply did not care about the orders. I did not receive my food timely, yet the food tasted good and was cooked/put together correctly, so overall, the experience did not exceed expectations.
Service was very slow, garbage cans all full and bird poop on all the outdoor seating. The front door broken so it slams loudly which was very annoying while dining.Food was good!!!
