I stopped coming to this location a while ago even though it’s the closest to my house because the quality was not the best, decided to give it a shot again and it didn’t disappoint this time, looks like there was a management change. Most of the time I order a hot French Vanilla Latte and a Wake-up Wrap, the coffee tasted really good and the wrap was dine well, the tortilla was still soft and hot, I personally dislike the overcooked hard tortilla that you get in other Dunkin shops.I’m glad that I returned and give them another shot, kudos to the new team.
Disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would! My son and I came to this location and left unsatisfied. Donuts were hard and stale and there were flys around them! Do Not Eat those! I asked for no meat on my sandwich and got meat! I don’t eat meat. Had to give it back and they took forever. Only one person on the register up front so I had to wait way too long. Just completely disappointed.
I went thru the drive thru for donuts, a large coffee with cream and sugar and a medium hot chocolate. They handed me two hot beverages and the stickers on the side of the cups were right, so I don't think I needed to take the lids off and check them further. We go home and I bring the drinks in... My husband tells me they're BOTH hot chocolates!! They ACTUALLY put on the label "Coffee, 2 creams, 2 sugars" but had given me HOT CHOCOLATE. My husband was annoyed, but not at me... I told him "WHY would they put cream and sugar into a HOT CHOCOLATE?! Didn't THAT ring a strange bell for them? This was a RIDICULOUS but REALLY BAD error. I don't know if I'll ever go back except for only donuts... I'm not wasting time on anything else there because if they're going to make an asinine mistake like this, who KNOWS what else they're putting in your cups!!
I ordered 6 donuts from here and they where all wrong not to mentioned they were steel unable to eat.when trying to call the store I was sent to voicemail so unprofessional never again

I’ve ordered many online pick up orders from this location, my order is never ready & when I arrive the staff is always rude.
The young man that was in the counter took my order and I was looking for Pacific Coffee coffee with Hazelnut and whipped cream on the top and he made that for me thank you very much I will go back again because of the service
