Several friends met for lunch at Dunkin in Hallandale Beach earlier this week. The place was clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Ordering on the App was easy. Our Avocado Toast and coffee were delicious.? ?
Placed an order through the app on my phone. for special donuts in the shape of a heart on February 14th. I placed the order at 8.48 in the morning, order number 954. When I arrived to receive it, I found out that the donuts were out of stock ... There, on the spot, I bought regular donuts and the cashier assured me that the money for the first order would not be debited from me! Money written off! I wrote about this through the app and asked to return them because the order was not completed! I don't have time to go back and find out why this happened! Just asking for my money back!
Great cold coffee .. but too much ice
Good service. My only complaint is that on Google it says this location opens at 4 am and they don’t actually open until 4:30 am. A simple change to the Google schedule would save a lot of people’s time and not have anyone mislead.
Ordered a dozen donuts, $10. Which I think may be more than other DD's. The Bavarian cream had barely any cream inside. I'm talking about barely a fingertip, making it a powdered donut only. And the powder sugar on it tasted old and off, making the donut that much worse. They need to stop making any cream donuts or make them right for a change. Also, crowded, a lot of patrons without masks, and many asking for change and purchases, inside and out.

The service is slow. One of the things I like about this place is that they have outdoor seating.
