It's always good service when you choose the carryout options because last month I ordered pizza to be delivered to my house and the unfortunate happened... I never got my order but the app was saying delivered. So I ended up driving to this place and telling then I never got my food and they have to either reimburse me or proved me with my food again. Which they did both. I don't play when it comes to my food. So again this place is great when you choose carryout option.
Trash would get offended if I call this place “trash” because OMG…So, after a few months I decide to order from this “place” again (shame on me for torturing myself and wasting my time) and the amount of hours I’ve been waiting is beyond ridiculous, rude and humiliating.My last experience there was sooo bad that I’m still mad about it.So about 6-7 months ago I ordered on the app around 7pm ON A WEEK DAY, and these people had the audacity to charge me, it was 10pm and my pizza was still under “quality check” HA! They call around 11pm which is the time they close supposedly and say my order is on the way. Matter fact, I’m still waiting on my pizza and my refund.Please somebody do something and SHUT DOWN THIS PLACE.Thanks :)
Worst experience EVER! I ordered and paid for pizza online then went to pick it up at the right time. The door was locked and there was one employee inside so I knocked and knocked. No one came to open the door. I walked around back to the door in the alley and knocked and knocked. Finally someone answered and said there was no pizza and the manager would be here in 10 minutes. Still waiting! Terrible!
We waited 10 minutes after they said it was ready to get our pizza. Then when we told the employee that we ordered garlic knots and it wasn’t there they said they accidentally put salmon on it. I’m sorry you what? But food was good overall.
My 1 star goes towards the owner of the franchise, NOT towards the single worker who is in charge of literally everything in the store. The owners of this franchise are abusing their workers by over-working them and making a single worker in charge of things that should be done by SEVERAL workers. I guess the owners don’t understand that any type of establishment cannot be ran by a single person. Anyways, I ordered a pizza for delivery and after realizing it was taking longer than expected, I decided to show up to their location and kindly ask for a refund. When I arrived I noticed that it was just a single young man who was completely running the store on his own. He was making the pizzas, answering very angry phone calls from unhappy customers, and on top of it all- he was the only delivery driver. I believe that he is the manager who works nights. He was extremely kind; I completely understand why orders take longer than usual. They are completely understaffed. I genuinely feel for him because what the owners of this place are doing is very wrong. They need to do a better job at finding workers. I hope conditions get better because it made me very upset seeing the level of stress that this poor worker was enduring. If you are planning on ordering from this place, it’s best if you order carry-out because there are obvious issues with their delivery option. And always remember to treat workers with kindness and respect because it is really not their fault that things are the way they are.
Very rude. Don't correct your order that they mess up. I ordered from them a couple times for my job and only have 1 good experience. I suggest ordering from Papa John's or Pizza Hut. This last time I order, I order 4 pizza's for me and my coworkers. 1 light sauce, 1 extra sauce and the other 2 normal. When I received the pizza's only 1 was right. They made all pizza light sauce. I call to complain and was told it was my fault and it will take 2 hours to get my right pizza's or I can call customer service. Never will order from here again. Don't understand how anyone can give them 5 stars. Smh!
By far the worst dominos in the state no comparison. I ordered online like I always do so I can get my points, first off they didn’t credit me any points. Second I thought the food wasn’t coming it took over a hour n a half after the estimated delivery time come. I tried calling the store three times and every time I was on the phone for over 20 minutes just listening to the automated recording and never got through to someone there wasn’t even an option to speak to someone. I was convinced that this store did not exist. I wish I could give them negative stars but that’s not possible and food was mediocre at best. Will never recommend do everything in your power to stay as far away from this place as possible.
This has been the worst experience I’ve had! I went to pick it up. I was starving! My garlic knots are raw. 4 of the garlics were smaller than my pinky.. And the pizza is not half cheese and half pepperoni. It’s majority slices pepperoni and only two slices of cheese. The pizza wasn’t even cut all the way. This is very upsetting. I love dominos but this store was very disappointing
This location needs to be closed. Most of the time you can’t get delivered and when it is an option online you can forget about actually getting it delivered. No one answers the phone. I ordered and it told me about 30mins, over 2 hours later can’t even get someone to answer the phone. They really need to close this location so like that maybe we can get service from another location that works.
Like a ton of people who recently left reviews, my order was never delivered. I've been on hold with the store for over 20 minutes trying to track down my food, but no dice. Tons of effort for a fast food pizza chain.
