There were about 4 employees on the floor on a lunchtime holiday.I asked the waitress why there were empty tables and no one was being seated, she told me there were only 2 of them serving and just to be seated would take over 45 minutes. We left.It's unfortunate that a chain company like Denny's is in decline.
Waitress sucked.. Spanish girl (don't remember name).. onion in my blueberry pancake..Only good thing is the waitress Tia.. she looked out n helped her. Had her be4. Awesome waitress
Was a little worried because they only had one server and 2 cooks and it was my lunch break. Food was the most amazing I ever had and the server took a bit to take my order but received it no less then 5 min after I ordered it. Short staffing is a big issue with most restaurants but they did an amazing job as a team
The Denny's corporate office has to investigate the fat Spanish lady manager for racism. I am not going to say what happened to me and my family at this location, So freaking Sad! A place that I am coming every month when I am in Florida but they are really has to send some undercover to investigate her
If I could give this place no starts I would. Came in waiter/host didn’t say anything, handed us our menus while we were standing waiting for a table. When we asked were could we sit the waiter said anywhere. When we sat at the table it was dirty and gross. I’m shocked how unfriendly and dirty this place was. Didn’t even stick around for the food because of the horrible service.
I went for my free big breakfast on my birthday, it was the worst birthday ever! I was alone and she said they don't do that anymore . So in the pouring rain with no umbrella I left alone sad and hungry. The lady behind the counter was rude I didn't get her name no nametag.
This place is great the food comes out hot and cooked with love. And I forgot that they keep it clean in there you will feel safe eating.
I drove down from coconut creek to meet with my family. Got to the Denny's . I walk up to the front door to be told some guy telling me that there's a hour wait . I say ya sure. Go inside to see how long the wait is. He starts telling other people that too. Hour wait. I go up to put name on list . He says what's your name l give him my name. He doesn't write it down. I question him about put name on list. I'll remember. While waiting a couple comes in is told to a head a sit. Will I said you told us a hour and they get seated. I told him I worked at this restaurant and many other Denny's. No like I worked. But finally got served by a nice server. Manager did say he was sorry after my son spoke to him.
My experience was. I order was a fish sandwiches for my relatives, but there was a little inconvenience because when I arrived there.,unfortunately , no fish's for the sandwiches. But she was very professional her name was::Julie ..she's a cashier, and a server, those people's they're all a hard worker's but I recommend her. This Denny's did a great job. Our waitress was excellent and the food came quickly. Very satisfying
