You’d think that a ritzy area like this would have better food, but this place is terrible. We got the Neptune’s seafood dish and it was disgusting. The seafood was all over-cooked and the “snapper” was definitely tilapia in disguise. The worst part was the gelatinous white sauce that the food was swimming in. Made me gag. For $32 per plate it’s hard not to feel resentful for the shameless ripoff that was this dish.Spinach and edamame salad was okay, just be sure to leave off candied nuts.
My wife and I visited Gulfstream Park three times in February. Two of the visits were during race days and the third was to visit the shops in the adjacent Gulfstream Village and have lunch. We chose Christine Lee's for lunch. When we entered an unsmiling, non-greeting hostess brought us to a table that would not have been my choice. The restaurant close to being empty and the hostess essentially threw the menus on the table and said that they were having a large group and no other table was available. We ordered our meals. The food was adequate but not terrific. The food was so forgettable that neither of us remember what we ate. We do remember the rude and inept service. If they had not added an 18% gratuity to the bill, there would not have been a tip. When we left, most tables were still open. We will not return.
What Happened?? At one time my Favorite Restaurant. Service is terrible and the food now is just fair.. Prices are very high but that would be fine if the food was of that quality. Steak was so fatty, and when server was told nothing was even done. You can not just continue living off your Name..
Love to place sat there and watched the holy bull race They charged you a flat rate to sit down at the bar and it was well worth it
My friends and I really enjoyed eating at Christina lee’s last night. The new location was very welcoming and we were able to sit down right away despite being busy which was great. The wonton / egg drop soup was a perfect start to the meal and the ribs were delicious. I can’t wait to come back!
Great food, options to dine inside or outside. Great environment.
We arrived quite early and we wanted to sit outdoors. Which was very easy , lots of tables outside with those lamps ! We ordered soup and main course . Myself and my hubby ordered the veggie soup came with tofu and lots of veggies, main course chicken with walnuts and brown rice . My husband ordered the General Thou chicken . The other 2 couples ordered the same thing . Great fast service . Too cold for cold drinks .
Great service and really good quality food. It is a mix if Asian food and steaks. The sushi is top end. I would definitely come back.
I have eaten at CHRISTINE LEE'S for years and have never gotten a bad meal their food is as good as any NY chinese place it is impossible for the food to be termed garbage whoever wrote that review has a problem and wants to hurt the great people that own it. i love the lobster and what most of us call four seasons. My entire family loves it when we go there.
First time trying this place, I always heard good things about this place. The food is priced kind of high to me. The sushi is price is avg to a few bucks more. The Beef Chow Fun and Mongolian Beef (not pictured) are over priced for the amount of food you get. There wasn’t enough fun (noddles) in the dish, both dishes had a lot of onions. The food tasted good overall, but won’t go back.
