Came in for dinner and ordered a hot dog only to receive one that looks like it had been sitting on the grill for 30 min while also missing ingredients. It was burn, crunchy and absolutely not enjoyable. Urban Style Fries were okay but wasn't given sauce till I asked for it but received attitude with it too.
Amazing fresh burgers. Very clean establishment with ample seating options. The staff are also very attentive and patient while ordering. Very convient location and loads of parking
Based on reviews we expected better.. Their signature CEO burger had slice of meat so thin it actually broke in the middle, i should’ve taken a picture of that poor burger which had nothing but this slice and some sauce! The Wifi at burgerfi doesn’t work, and staff just shrugged. They also didn’t have any wine either, only a couple of beers. Chicken sandwich and fries are the only things saving this place
The truffle fries are sooo fresh and flavourful! So many different drink options, diet versions too
The employees are rude and bias, poor customer service. The burgers taste fresh (and the only reason I am willing to go back) but the fries are mediocre. The entrance (side door) is hard to open. Pricey but I would go back, only for the burgers-- if I am in town. Recommend anyone to at least go visit once.
This used to be my favorite place to get a burger but yesterdays experience will surely never bring me back there again. I hadn't been there in a couple of years ( hallandale beach) so i don't know when the restaurant went so downhill.Lets start with the food...i ordered a double hamburger which normally when i am eating it i am thinking this is the best I've ever had but last night it was dry, overcooked and tasteless.Another issue is their main door is broken. Countless customers tried to open the door as we sat outside watching and were frustrated to be told by us that the door is broken and you must go around the building. Fixing the door or putting a big sign up would help.The employees seemed completely bored and unebthuseastic. I am sure when hired the girl at the counter is told to be friendly and smile....not the csse here.The drink machine had maybe 30% of the drinks available.The bathrooms, which have a sign on the door saying we keep our bathrooms exceptionally clean and if they are not you should tell the management, was extremly dirty and flooded. It hadnt been cleaned in hours.All in all , this location was a horror story. Shake shack....you got me.
I love burgerfi and I placed a pickup order for $50 today. When I arrived the door was not working so I had to go in through the side door. I went to the register to pick up my order, where there was no one else in line but the girl with the glasses made eye contact with me multiple times and blatantly ignored me. While waiting I looked at the back to see the people working in the kitchen scrolling on their phones, staring at me in a rude way and not doing anything to help me.A man came up to her and he refilled his beer for free but she didn’t acknowledge me.Finally, she asked if she could help me and I told her my name and she literally threw the bag at me. it’s a $50 order it’s a big bag of food.She didnot say a word and turned to talk to the people in the kitchen. I needed ketchup so I said, “excuse me can I have ketchup please?”She moved purposely slow with an attitude and grabbed my bag and held on to it and put the ketchup in one my one, very slowly while making eye contact with me.I tried to grab the bag back and she held on to it and said she wasn’t done putting the ketchup in my bag.This behavior is degrading, disrespectful and unacceptable.I refuse to spend another dollar at your establishment until I know that this situation has been handled.This incident occurred around 1:30 pm on Tuesday June 14 at the Hallandale beach location. review your cameras if you need to
We went to eat yesterday at 9:35 PM. I try to order a Wagyu burger. -They couldn’t do it since it was 25min to close, so I order regular cheese burger….. Later that night found out I can food poisoning… I would not recommend this place especially you get there the last 20-30mins.
Burger fi if good but this branch in particular i have 2 situation 1 they are too slow and 2nd this is the second time i see a hair in my food the first time i let it pass but the second is too much they dont use mask or something for the hair to cover the food at all is not good
Food was AWESOME it was yummy! The drinks were good. Sure ut is pricey but it was worth it 100% positive.
