Only negative thing I can say about this restaurant is the lack of employees! I command them for still running the business with not much help. Not to mention how over the top the customers be just because of the wait. Overall my food always fresh and the employees gives what’s given. Great good. The first BurgerKing I’ve been too and received really hot food.

I was attacked and my daughter was attacked by three brown skin big women that work at this Burger King, we wanted to use the restroom and we went in through the wrong door! They pushed me over and over again and grab my daughter's wrist very hard she cannot feel her hand! They call me the b word a hundred times. I was a very respectful to them let them know that I wanted to use the restroom and all the doors were closed I went in through the first door that I saw open. I had to call the police and make a report! Please don't come to this Burger King if you are light skin they are racist there

The look of the parking lot reflects an owner that squeezes every penny from this asset rather than investing in quality. The fries were far from freshly fried. My sandwich made me slightly nauseated.

Do not go on the drive thru in the night.They should open, but they just ignore customers, never answer, never take the order and never give you food.And when I go around, I see two ladies sitting and laughing. They saw me, so I go back in the drive thru, but still 10 minutes and they do not answer or serve me.This place is just to give free money to lazy employees, this place does not give any food, at least not in the night hours

Worst burger king ever. Gave me my food ice cold. Asked for new food and was told to pull into parking spot. Never came to my car after waiting 25 minutes. Pulled back to window for refund. I was told there is no manager available for refunds. After I demanded a refund, they shut window in my face and called the police on me. Im not the type to complain but this was terrible experience. Whole staff needs to be fired.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience we got to this place to dining. The person that took the order very unpleasant ignored us and took a while, and when we got our order, no cooking gloves, fries cold ? burger cold and while eating the same person told us that lobby is close I told her after finish our food we would leave she insisted saying but I said I would leave as soon as I finished. She replied you got 10 minutes to eat and leave. That was rude and make us feel we got the food for free, horrible place to go. I was wondering if the owner of that Burger king knows the way his employees treat costumers bad reputation for the franchise. Also health department should go as wel, Will be my next approach.

So utterly disgusting & unhygienic! Especially after covid you would think they would take their time to keep the dining area clean & disinfected. Even if that wasn't the case, clients should be able to dine in a clean environment with their children. Especially since the drive through line was wrapped around the entire burger King. & once we went inside we knew exactly why. Theyre hearing LOUD music from a speaker, playing around & joking about the long line outside. Completely ignoring the window or the fact that theirs clients standing right infront of them while they're CUSSING! ordered a classic chicken sandwich which came in an oversized whopper bun with no lettuce or mayo & everything tasted like FISH as if they fried the fish filet in the same exact oil they fry the chicken nuggets & chicken patties. Completely disgusting. I had to throw my food away because I'm allergic to fish. The people that work here are animals. If I could give negative stars I most certainly would. Makes you wonder what happened to the standards they had back when they first opened these joints.

FILTHY STORE!!This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to or even heard of. I have never seen a more unprofessional, unmasked managers yelling at the top of her lungs. It quickly became apparent that this is just the way they spoke. One woman's fingers touch the fries when placing the fry carrier into togo bags. I requested a chicken sandwich and was told they had zero chicken available. Not ONE table in the store was clean I had to request napkins to clean a table myself just to sit down and eat, and decided to just leave. The order arrived missing items, and with some extra. THERE was a dead bug on a metal table next to the soft drink dispenser, and radio playing loud offensive rap. SEE PIC. This is the worst representation I've ever seen of this franchise BK or ANY OTHER fast-food store I've ever seen. Either corporate or the franchisee SHOULD Intervene if they wish to save this disgusting place serving the public. JUST AWFUL!

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. Several times (5 or more) I have attempted to get food from this place late at night and I have yet to be successful. Doesn't matter if I come at 1 am or 3 am. I get the same answer, "Sorry our system is currently down. It will be up again at 5 am for breakfast". This place's claim their drive through is open 24 hours is false advertising. In other words "a bold faced lie". Utterly rediculous. I wonder if corporate is even noticing all of the bad reviews this place is getting

I used the drive thru, for about 10 minutes and nobody pick hump the call, it was empty only one car the windows talking to the manager, I step down from my car to see what was the problem but the manager real rude told to get inside and place my order, but I was in my car, so I have to go around and place the order. They have no regular coke ans no other drink run out of inventory, what a poor service mostly the manager
