We found this place after craving Mediterranean, and it looked pretty good. The restaurant was mostly empty, so we got our order pretty fast, about a 5 minute wait. The food looked really appetizing. It tasted as good as it looked, (we ordered steak kebabs) fresh and flavorful. Some problems we found was that almost all booth seats were dirty, and a couple of tables were too, the floor was sticky, and no one was working on cleaning these things up. Workers were simply chatting behind the counter, checking their phones, laughing, etc. The trashcan looked like it hadn't been emptied all day, and the stack of dishes looked about ready to topple. Overall, the food was good, but the whole place was very dirty.

I am still navigating a new food issue and I forgot to ask for my order to not have onions. The staff was super friendly and made my food again without the onions without complaint! Even went the extra mile to put some items in small tasting cups, just in case. Thank you so much!
Where's the MANAGEMENT??? I asked to speak with the General Manager and he is never there. Employees look miserable. People are always yelling at each other. Didn't see the cooks wear gloves. My food was cold. Only plus is the portions are big.

Horrible experience. We made a pit stop to Zoe’s on our road trip and we left extremely dissatisfied. We spent close to $80 and when we asked the staff to remake a kids quesadilla because it was burnt we could audibly hear the kitchen staff screaming that it wasn’t. I felt bad for the girls at the register who had to relay the message. Then, they gave us the wrong quesadilla with chicken when we asked for cheese. That was the last straw. We asked to speak with the manager but he had gone home so we called him in front of the cook. We expressed our concern for the lack of professionalism and also confusion for being so upset about a child’s quesadilla. We won’t return and we left with a sour taste in our mouth for this franchise and Zoe’s kitchen everywhere. I suggest training your staff to be professional especially when there is an open kitchen window. I recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Horrible! Order was completely wrong! I ordered two extra sides and I didn’t get them! Very disappointed that i wasted my money! Steak was chewy, rice was old! I will never go to Zoe’s in Gainesville again! I don’t even want to eat Zoe’s anymore , I took a friend withme and this was their first time and this is the experience they had.. horrible! Very disappointed!The only reason this review has 1 star is because I HAD TO LEAVE AT LEAST 1 STAR. I give it ZERO STARS! Would never recommend!Update: called to speak with the manager & she left me on hold for 30 mins & hung up! Call back no answer! I’m done with Zoe’s as a whole!
Really wanted Greek food. Still looking for authentic Greek food in Gainesville. This restaurant has an eclectic menu. Would give it a try again.
The food is very good! I got the steak stack and my wife got the avocado Turkey. Mine was 10/10. The turkey looked a bit off and the employees were all very understanding and made my wife a completely new sandwich and even offered a refund. Great place and very friendly.
Was there about 2 o'clock today (Sunday Jan. 23) having never been there before. The girl (i don't remember her name) who took our order was very patient and helpful. Enjoyed our late lunch very much. This place just made the list. Definitely will be back.
