Love the ice cream and the fact that the ice cream is made in front of you. No complain during my last visit.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! i came for the experience and it was a total fail. my ice cream was brick hard & already pre rolled, literally a waste. cold stone is way better.

Unfortunately visited here on 6/16/2022 and service was extremely slow and the young lady did not seem to know how to make a plain vanilla rolled ice cream so I am assuming she may have been new. Furthermore, the flat frozen surface where they roll the ice cream was left dirty and the water where they store the rolling tools was disgusting.

We saw this place on valentine's but didn't have time to go there. So we made a special date.. The staff was amazing she could tell I felt out of place. And she was came right over and asked how she could help with the greatest smile. I was overwhelmed so she said let me just make you something.. Don't worry about making chooses.. It was such a great show to watch and the ice cream was amazing.. A few weeks later I took my client and got the same great service for different person.. Great food and above and beyond great service!

The wait time is unbelievable, although the ice cream is good every time I go there is only one employee working and I don’t understand why. Waited 1hr for and ice cream!! Crazy!

the tea was good but getting less ice next time

Slowest service ever.... 4 of us were waiting for all of our ice cream for at least 30 minutes... I could’ve churned my own butter from scratch faster. The guy behind the counter is literally slower than a sloth.

My favorite was the Tropical Storm…it lived up to the name. Definitely a storm of flavor!! -JJK

This place was incredible and very unique. The ice cream was delicious. We almost missed it watch her make your treat it's worth it

I got the s'mores sundae and it was delicious! The way they make the ice cream is so neat. The girls at the shop were very sweet I felt bad for them because most of the clientele we're douchy entitled college kids...
