Nice selection of Egyptian and Middle Eastern foods in the market. The only times I have eaten at the restaurant portion it was very good.
They sell fresh meet (chicken, goat, lamb, beef, ets) every Thursday. They have the best meet in town. Owners are very nice and respectful.
We find here all what we need from Halal fresh meat to arabic groceries. Price are fair and correct for the quality. 5*****
Family owned, some local and inhouse made products, and produce from their farm and others. Friendly staff, nice little cafe in the back. Great prices on spices, oils, and more.
Thank you for giving us fresh meat and good customer service.I love this place
Great store. My favorite place to buy groceries
Excellent food from the kitchen. The owner and his wife are always kind and helpful. They also have fresh meat every Friday sourced from their own farm. I love supporting this local family business
Amazing food and very kind owners. I haven’t gotten anything from here that wasn’t good quality. I LOVE the pistachio baklava and the falafel wrap is too die for. Also the owner let me use the phone to call my hubby when I locked my keys and phone in my trunk. 10/10 recommend
The food here was amazing. My fiancé & I took a trip to Gainesville & we set out to experience some authentic food along the way. After driving to a few other places that didn’t seem locally owned, we found Zeezenia Kitchen & Market on google & decided to give them a try. The lady who runs the store was super sweet & made everything quickly. She shared with us that at the end of the day she gives the leftovers to the homeless & starts everyday off with fresh food. If you’re looking for something authentic this is the place to go. Definitely the best food we’ve had on our trip so far!
I am saddened to write this but it’s been a long time coming. Every time I dine in I have the best experience AND to add zeezenia has the best falafel in town. But when it comes to ordering delivery the experience is far from exceptional. I always order a side of taziki sauce for my falafel wrap and never get it even when I add the side to my final total (pay for it) I neverrr get it. This might sound like nothing but it adds up when I think about how much I’ve spent on sides for this sauce. In addition, I think they have the best baklava but when you get take out/delivery the desert is quite messed up I attached an image below. I’m not sure if they just hate their take out customers or what but definitely don’t recommend unless you dine in and/or enjoy wasting money and getting poor quality food. I want to add that I’m not writing this review with the intention to hurt the business, I Iove this place, I’m hoping the owner will see this and make adjustments to the way they deliver business.
