Wingstop on 20th does not drain the lard off their product. Not only unhealthy and inedible this was the worst overpriced Chicken shack I ever ordered anything from. Chicken was so greasy that it drained through the sack and onto the seat of the car before I got it home.
The mangers and employees are extremely rude and disrespectful! Will hang up in your face when you’re trying to solve an issue, the food always arrives cold and fries under seasoned. Eat there at your own cost !
I didn't go to the one in Gainesville. To my surprise, there is one inside the paddock mall. The wings are amazing.
This place has some of the best French Fries. They over cook their wings to me. But they are ok
They charged me for a large and small drink when I asked for a water and small drink and couldn’t cancel it in time. Then we paid 50 total for the 30 wings and fries combo with those drinks. The fries were sitting on the counter for 10-15 minutes in the back and were cold and soggy when we got them. The wings were 6/10-nothing special-but for the experience and price, would’ve rather food from just about anywhere else.
Honestly for a chain wing place, it’s actually pretty decent. I recommend the Korean flavor and Lemon Pepper (dry) ones.
Very very expensive for what you get I will go somewhere more worthwhile for the money. Six wings and some fries which are only half wings are not worth the money of $10.

Horrible service. Reduced refund when I asked for it. Even after a call to corporate still only offered replacement food as “we only do refunds if you order online we don’t do themIn person” was the response I was continually met with. Essentially stole money from me.
