Placed an order on line and when I put in my credit card it said it was decline for address or zip code was wrong. I tried 3 times and it said the same thing. The charges showed up on my bank so I called the store to let them know about the charges. When I called I was eminently put on hold. After 20 minutes I decided to head to the store to speak to them about it. When I got to the store and told the girl at the register that I was on hold for 20 minutes she started laughing at me. I told her not to laugh and then she picked up the phone to take an in coming call. I hung up the phone on her and then she decided to get someone, I guess he was the manger on duty. I told him about what happened with the website and my card and his response was we don't handle that you have to call corporate or your bank. Then he asked when I was on hold so I had to tell him again what happen. I showed him my charges for the order on my phone and he said again we don't handle that you have to call corporate or your bank. Then he asked if I had the right store. I looked it up on my phone and it had 866 for the store number. He said ya that's us but we don't have no order for you. He never once apologized for the problem or ask if I wanted them to make it. His whole attitude was oh well. This was the first time I tried to use this place and I will never go there again.
WINGSTOP NW 16TH & MAIN GAINESVILLE - I went here for lunch at a super busy time on a Friday when they had their 5 free wing deals. It may have taken a few extra minutes to get my order but man did this location season everything perfectly! They did not skimp on the dry rub flavors. They also know how to use the Cajun seasoning on those fries. Will definitely drive farther to this location just because the seasoning is phenomenal compared to other locations I’ve ordered from
The only reason it's getting two stars instead if one is because the food is usually good. I just hate having to wait an hour or more for food. What's the point of ordering online and it still take a long time. I've never waited so long for an order anywhere else like this before.
I have ate out of here a couple of times. And it’s been a minute since I came back. This time around, half of my order was missing, no seasoning on the bites and I had to wait over 20min to get everything remade. One of the cooks had the nerve to open the box that I brought back and started sprinkling seasoning on it. Another lady came in after me and had a messed up order and then received her remade order before me? The manager was polite and asked me what I would like to be done. It’s really sad because this location could be a decent spot to go to, but they need to get it together in there. Management and team members really need to step up.
I usually order pickup but this time I needed to stop for a quick bite. One thing that stands out about eating in their seating area is how clean the place is. There was a slight mixup with confusing my dine-in order with a pickup order but they were quick to sort it out. Great location too.
Ordering online is the way to go. Its ready by the time I get there. Cajun corn is a fave. I eat wings 4 times a week. This place is worth it. Fast. Fresh and very friendly. And if you do a survey you can get free fries everytime you order lol.
Store leadership is a joke. Front counter girl is trying. But a kitchen full of fools can’t compensate. It’s embarrassing. If this store isn’t a corporate store than I would take it over. The local operator must be incompetent or doesn’t care. Cause the employees are left holding the bag. Amateur hour all around. Someone needs to work a shift and learn their business.
This WingStop location is ELITE. I’ve ordered from there multiple times and have always gotten more wings than I ordered and extremely quick service. Staff has always been super friendly as well!
The cooks put other people's ticket ahead of yours. Say you put in your order...then one of the cooks buddy's come in 10 min later...they will get their food before yours. Waited 40 mins one day 5 people that came in after I did got food before I got mine. Not call in orders either. I got a refund won't go back
This location is so nasty and so slow I am a driver for bite squad and I am a foodie One of my orders HAD the sauce everywhere dripping out the bag I think they did it on purpose to make me look bad to my customer ON TOP OF THAT THIS FOOD TO EASY TO COOK TO BE HAVING SUCH A LONG WAIT I LOVE TO CLEAN AND COOK AND I DNT PLAY ABOUT ROSS IDK IF THIS HIS LOCATION OR NOT BUT SEEMS TO ME THERE NEED TO BE TEAM PLAYERS AT THIS LOCATION AND NOT PEOPLE SAYING IDK ABOUT THIS OR THAT THERE NEED TO BE PEOPLE WORKING NOT STANDING IN ONE SPOT pretending they doing something VERY VERY NASTY AND THEY NEED TO WATCH HOW THEY BAG STUFF UP
