If you can make it when they decide to be open, it's decent service with the expected level of satisfaction.However, it is common for them to randomly close early. For the past three weeks I've gone there and the sign says they should be open, but they weren't. Usually 45 minutes to a hour early they choose to shut it down. It's quite upsetting.

Worst junior bacon's compared to any other Wendy's I've ever been to. Plus they got my order wrong 3 instead of 2. Didn't provide any napkins. And I didn't get my ice water. Maybe I should have double checked and asked for the stuff. Maybe I'm spoiled; my town's Wendy's was recognized nationally as the best...
I got through the drive thru surprisingly fast for how long the line is. As stressful as a nighttime rush may be, everyone is always very kind and quick. I've never had an order messed up. The girl with the short Bob haircut was so polite to me it really made my night a lot better.
Line for drive-thru was backed out to the street but the girl taking orders, was quick and efficient. Got up to the window and terri, I believe her name was, was very kind and made sure my order was together and correct. My Dave's single was very good! Fries were super hot! Thanx to her and the crew my experience was great. Will be back soon
Very busy but consistent at the same time. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and there was never a hassle. One of the ladies at the drive thru is always a pleasure to deal with, I think she might be the manager. A lot of fast food places in Gainesville are poorly managed but at least this location does a good job. During late nights, the drive thru can get packed but they still manage to fulfill orders at a timely pace.
The drive thru was busy but the lobby was not so I went inside. The staff was friendly even though they were short a crew member or two. The store was very clean including the bathrooms. My food was delivered quickly and it was still warm when I ate it. Everything was good.... Especially the frosty! I will be back.
This is the best Wendy's I've been to. They have never messed up my order, the staff is fast and friendly, and the food is always great.
