Meatball subs are 10/10, some staffs attitudes are 0/10. They have never been rude to me but I’ve seen them be nasty to other customers.
Got one of their salads which I love and it took a bit longer than expected but the person making it put a good bit of chicken on it and it looks delicious. Then offered a free pasty for the wait...which wasn't that long of a wait. Great service if you ask me.
Subpar customer service.2 stars solely for the clean facilities.Food prepared haphazardly and without care - have been to other Wawa's where the employees take pride in their work, this particular one brings down the Wawa reputation.
Getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain. But the place is always clean and has lots of gas pumps (so no waiting for gas), lots of parking, self check out, outdoor seating and curbside pickup.
I had a small and slow air leak, popped into Wawa to to off my tire until I could make it into my TRUSTED mechanic (I'm a girl who and mechanics like to try to pull the will over my eyes)First air pump was obviously missing pieces as I could see through the the valve. The other pump pump looked legit and I started to try to fill but the air never flowed. It ended up letting enough air out of my tire causing me to go flat.I had an associate come help and she determined it was broken. When GM Terry (didn't get last name) was informed there's was no apologies, no help, I was told to go to mechanic next door. It is ridiculous Wawa's faulty equipment would have left me stranded at the mercy of an unfamiliar mechanic. Thank God for roadside service because I believe these two businesses are in kahoots since the employ said they just got the pumps fixed Monday
I've gone in twice for a salad and both times i haven't received the bacon i paid for. the second time i didnt get half of the toppings i requested on my salad :( waited at least 20 minutes for something not even fully made to order
Wawa has amazing food for a good price. The wait at this wawa can be long on a weekend night but they usually get food made pretty quickly. They have been out of some items a few times I went is my only complaint but other than that I love this wawa
The prices are ridiculously high there's no one on the floor to help you even if you needed help looking for something the people in the food area are rude and they only have one person working the gas pump registers.
Lovely place to receive your order 30mins after you place it and a hot food item to be served cold. They love to only address you by your number and not care about you as a customer
I would not give this a star if I had an option!!! I have been to many Wawa and I ordered a coffee. Stood there and waited at least 15 minutes and was rudly informed that you need to pay before I make anything for you. I went up to pay and the cashier was even more rude than the other lady!!! Last time I'll stop at this location. Management needs to step up and do some training on this place.
