Excellent service and delicious food. Had the curry duck and sushi. I remember all the rolls we ordered.
I ordered the octopus appetizer and duck ramen. The octopus was OK but quite generic and uninspired for the price. The duck ramen was disappointing - toppings were alright but both broth and noodles fell short of expectations. It almost felt like eating my own homemade instant ramen. I've had good ramen in various places, most recently in Chicago, so it's possible to get a decent bowl but it won't be from here.

I used to Love them …finally decided to have them again after pandemic and went to their website, proceed to place an order and when was told the total was in doubt ….called back to confirm I placed the right order since the price didn’t match what’s on the website and was told they haven’t update their prices and couldn’t do anything about it.Honestly that’s wrong advertising, either take the time to update the web or just take it down, but when called out on it, the manager didn’t even bother to be on the call, simply send a message that they couldn’t do anything about it.Won’t give my business to them if they don’t do the right things.
We've been eating here since we moved to this side of town 2 years ago. The food is always top quality and the staff are friendly. For us it's as good as "cheers" where everybody knows our name. The spicy fried rice and Jason1 rolls are our choice foods but check out this crazy lobster concoction.
I love the sushi here, but this order was not a good experience. I did my online order through Toast to pick it up myself. Waited over 40 minutes PAST my quoted pickup time...got home and my order was incomplete. Mark II was missing masago and spicy mayo, Jason I was not topped with jalapeño and Sirracha. I was frustrated waiting so long for a pickup order, but I could also sense the frustration from the people who were waiting to dine in and being told to sit and wait before being seated while all the online orders were being taken care of. I know everyone is adapting to this new time of an influx online pickup and togo orders, but the customer service is suffering for it. Employees apologized for the wait, and half-heartedly offered a credit for my next visit, but at that point I was just ready to leave and eat.
From me, age 42: unbelievably delicious experience with around. The food was even better than the service and we all left feeling very happy. Ramen, red curry, Melissa bites... Mmm!From Selina, age 32: Great service, delicious food, the volcanic beef was a sensory delight and the yellowtail sashimi was plump and tender and flavorful. Highly recommend!From Neriah, age 9: The food was delicious and if you leave the steak in the soy sauce for long enough it gets tenderized. And they also put my beef, orange and rice into a smilely face which was so cool! I've never seen a restaurant do that ...so good! 5 stars all the way.
Disappointing decline in service. Just spent about $100 at this restaurant and was told 25-30 minutes before my order would be ready for pick up. I knew it was a large order so I waited 40 to give them extra time to make the sushi. Once at the restaurant had to wait an additional 15 minutes. No big deal. Unfortunately part of my order was missing so I had to drive back to the restaurant. I expressed my discontent and the staff was ridiculously rude and accused me of not tipping. I had left a large tip in the sushi chef tip jar when I had come to pick up my order the first time, as the sushi chefs were the only people working, the waitstaff were just standing around as the number of people waiting for their orders grew. Been a longtime patron of this restaurant and was shocked and disturbed by the poor customer service from their current staff.
The food was sooooo good. The service polite & quick. The restaurant was clean & attractive. Prices were not cheap but what is now? And, I think it was worth it! First time here, will absolutely make it a favored spot. Just thinking about the food makes me hungry for it now.
It was very busy when we went. We had appetizers, sushi rolls, and an entree. Everything was excellent, and our wait time was reasonable. The chef and employees were very friendly.
