Vegan, but it doesn’t taste vegan. This is what I call my boujee food truck indulgence ? No ordinary burger joint. Quality ingredients, taken up a notch, always out of this world flavor. Great service and care taken with each order I’ve had. My favorite Items: Surf and Turf, Poutin Fries, Blueberry Rosemary Lemonade. ?

Found this restaurant/Foodtruck and was blown away. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a man (I assume he's the owner) he was very friendly and the service was great, he helped describe some of the items on the menu. The portion sizes were fantastic and the flavors were phenomenal! Our order was freshly made in under 15 minutes. I got the Surf & Turf burger and the shrimp were so realistic looking. My friend got the Silikedelik Mushroom Burger and he said that it was one of the best vegan burgers he's ever had, I would have to say the same for mine as well. We also got the White Truffle & rosemary fries and WOW were they good! The garlic aioli on top of the fries was what made the fries so delicious. Definitely will be going back to try some of the other options on the menu. 10/10recommend! (Last 2 pictures are of the vegan chicken sandwich)
We went out of our way to try this place. It was well worth the stop. Even my meat eating guys loved it!
Soooo good! The people working in the truck were so kind, energetic, and fun to talk to. They let us try their personal drink option the Vegan Passion. It was SO GOOD!!! Absolutely needs to be added to the menu. We also got the Vegan Chicken Sandwich and I damn near cried it was so good! Thank you guys so much for a great addition to a wonderful day!
I come to Gainesville every couple months to visit family and saw this place on google and decided to try it. The 2 people were amazing I think the ones name was Alex but I am awful with names haha but the food was delicious. My husband and I will be coming here every time we are in town. Amazing vegan food.
Big bruh does his thang EVERYTIME!!! Big salutes on the customer service and the menu!! Def a grade A experience and something you must try! Good transition foods for beginning vegans! Keep doing ya thang big bruh!First time I tried the surf & turf, and this time it was the Vegan Cowboy (bbq jackfruit burger with fried onions) and swamp fries with the vegan cheese and buffalo sauce ???? washing it down with the rosemary infused blueberry lemonade
Love The Vegan Gator! Had their cauliflower wings and rosemary infused blueberry lemonade today at a food truck festival supporting The Ronald McDonald House and they were both off the charts! My husband had their patty melt and fries and they were both delicious. They definitely don't disappoint and everyone needs to check them out!
Wow! Absolutely fantastic! It was a very simple and pleasant process to order at the little tow-behind trailer (parked on the north side of 8th Street and just slightly east of the Flashbacks Thrift Store). We ate at the open-air wooden table nearby. Tried a couple different burgers and both were remarkable in their own way. I enjoyed chatting with the owner/operator also. Seems to really relish his craft.
I've heard about their food but it did not prepare me for the gastronomic delight that I just experienced! The menu is very limited. The food truck is a cute pull behind that you will miss except you won't miss the lot filled with vehicles. I grabbed The Poutine fries , the mushroom burger and the rosemary infused blueberry lemonade. The fries and burger are a meal alone- too much food together --but I wanted to try both. The flavore, soft fresh bun and perfect combinations truly come together. This is a must eat !!!
