We love visiting the Millhopper location for smoothies, especially after I pick the kids up from school. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Last Saturday our elementary school had a fitness event and two very cheerful young men were there with free small smoothies for all the kids who had worked up a sweat. The gentlemen serving the smoothies patiently repeated the names of the smoothies each time a new student walked up. I couldn't help but notice just how nice it was to see their faces, their entire faces. Please, unmask your employees!! Your patrons do NOT want to see useless surgical masks on the faces of the person loading up the blender. We want to see smiles and we want to be able to read the lips of the employees that we can't hear when the blenders are running!! DROP THE COVID THEATER. YOU AREN'T PERFORMING OPEN HEART SURGERY!
Service can be intermittent, sometime great, some times poor.

I love tropical smoothie. I wish the employees would try the foods they make to connect with the customers more. I wanted to try the plant based products but nobody new the flavor profile.

She is always friendly and makes customers feel welcome, in addition to being knowledgeable about the products and alternatives (e.g. when I asked for no sugar, she let me know that Tropical Smoothie offered Splenda and honey as alternatives).
