I had an awful delivery experience here a month ago and decided to try again with a dine-in.Dumb plan.No toilet paper in the bathroom, just napkins. Same case with paper towels. Soap dispenser was also broken. My burrito was about 70% lettuce and cheese with only a light spread of beans and meat. It didn't help that everything was cold to the touch when it was brought to the table.I'm never coming back to this location, and you can bet I'll be telling everyone to avoid it.Short changing orders will only protect your food costs for so long. As soon as people realize they aren't getting their money's worth, they will go elsewhere.

Been to many Tijuana Flats and this one is definitely the worst!!! They are extremely slow! My wife order wet burrito with no rice. It came out with no red sauce and full of rice. Manager wasn’t concerned or apologetic when my wife took it back. All he said was okay. My chips look like they just got done swimming in oil. See the picture. Normally we can add on extra nuggets to a kids me but they made us buy another whole kids meal if we wanted to extra nuggets. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Had a good lunch. Was working across the street and needed a quick bite to eat. Was in and out in under a half hour. They have a hot sauce bar which is hot. Meal came with chips and salsa which were great.

Overall ok, living in places with great Mexican food, this one was just ok.

Had a craving for a burrito and decided to try this place out. Ordered the veggie burrito and it was okay. Filling was cold and okay in general. The hot sauce collection was bizarre but that might be because I'm from the West Coast.

Food is pretty good. Dining in was an odd experience though. No trash cans, no napkins, no straws readily available. But they have a massive hot sauce bar. Overall it’s just okay.

They advertise $2 margaritas in a college town, then run out 3 hours before they close. How did management not think ahead on that one? We waited in line for 30m just to have them run out right before getting to us. They definitely lost our business.I gave them a chance to redeem themselves by asking if they could sub for a Corona or something (still a rip off on my end) and the manager declined?I've been going here for years, and somehow they are always understaffed, even before COVID. I've always overlooked it, but it's really eye-opening how poor management can completely ruin a restaurant experience. As a regular at the original TF in Oviedo, it is disappointing to see such a great franchise gone wrong. They don't even have the full hot sauce bar, it's a sad mini bar with about 1/8 of the flavor options.

After eating at The Flats for over 15 years....I'm done. Refuse to get food from a place that will not allow me to call an order in. Here's the meeting they had: "How do we make it less convenient for our customers to order our food??" "Lets force them to only order through our app!!" "What if they are driving or can't use the app for some other reason??" "Oh well, F them....we don't want those people as customers!!!"LOUD AND CLEAR T.J. - YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM ME OR ANYONE ELSE I CAN CONVINCE EVER AGAIN

Great service and great food!

The first time I’ve ever been there: I will never go back. It was very cold inside seating so I went outside and moved one of the seats out of the sun to be out of direct sun. And a guy (VERY RUDE) came out and jumped on me about moving the table and told me to move it back, talking about 6 feet for wheel chair passage, which there was plenty of room. Matter of fact there was less room before I moved it. He should of never raised his voice at me. So I gave my food back and walked out. Will never be back! Will never refer.
