We were put on a waitlist at 6:35, seated at 6:50, had eaten and paid by 7:35! Food was good, and lots of it! (took cheescake to go). Restaurant was very clean, and it certainly looked like they had enough help! Our server, McKenzie S was very attentive and very nice. We live in Ocala, but when back in Gainesville will visit again!

Maybe it was a bad day? I certainly want them to succeed so I’ll just state the facts.. overly oily pasta for wife and I .. overdone broccoli… mushy.. overdone salmon for my son.. I told waiter so they know and can make improvements..? I would hate to see another gnv eatery just decline over time like many have it’s sad to see.. we don’t have many to choose from here… maybe management will read this ?

Let me start by saying that the menu is very broad with 100’s of items. I was worried how they execute that many items to perfection. I can honestly say I was not all that disappointed. We started with the stuffed mushrooms which was a bad choice. The mushrooms ($9.95) were 6 tiny things with not much cheese. My spouse got the factory burrito grande ($18.50) which took up the entire plate and I got the chicken piccata (19.50). I liked my dish it was tasty. My spouses burrito had mostly corn and rice and the guacamole was old and discolored. Of course we both got cheesecake which was AMAZING! Staff was great and restaurant was clean.

Today I brought my niece here; Her first time for.Graduation gift❤️Our waitress was this AWESOME, Beautiful young lady named Meagan; We could NOT have asked for a better waitress., completely on point with service ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Meagan went above & Beyond to ensure our dining experience was absolutely the “BEST”.As a professional Chef of 22 years; I must give MANY comps…..The Cheese Cake Factory AGAIN shined bright! Your restaurant & Staff NEVER disappoint onlyBring fourth the BEST❤️

Always delicious! Lots to choose from on the menu. My lunch companion had a Turkey Avocado Skinnylunch Sandwich. I enjoyed the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps, fresh brewed Iced Tea, and luscious buttered Sourdough Bread. We split a humongous Tiramisu for dessert, which was plenty for both of us and the perfect end to a perfect lunch experience! Fabulous Food and Fabulous Service!! I even took home a Raspberry Swirl Creamy Cheesecake for a nighttime treat. Can't go to the Cheesecake Factory without the signature dish!!! Go! You will not regret it.

I just turned back in by the staff and the manager because i had my dog with me. It it's 95 degrees here and we had to walk around to find a place to eat with our dog. We asked them if we could eat at the patio as we have done many times before. They said no dogs are allowed. They just hate dogs. People , don't support business that hate dogs.

We had Megan as our server. Dear Cheesecake Factory, the music is too loud... but Megan's sincerity about it made up for corporate - not caring. She was funny & genuine. CF food is always on point, ty for that. Megan is proof that there ARE hard-working - caring millennials out there! Congratulations to her dad for endearing her with her humor! Made our day! ?????

I ordered chicken salad with almonds. The sandwich was horrible. It had way too much mayonnaise, no almonds and the white bread tasted like cardboard. . I told the waitress and manager. Both blew me off and did nothing. This inedible sandwich made me nauseous and upset my stomach. I had to run to the bathroom many times. Never again!!!

I loved it. First we thought we had to wait 30 min for the table and that was fine but the text saying it was ready came within 10 min so it was very fast service also. Our waitress was very nice and the service was great. The food was amazing we ordered the lunch size and it was more than enough. The raspberries cheesecake was incredible!! We will definitely be back

We read the reviews and thought—this is a franchise, we have been in Phili, Orlando and Chicago…always an amazing and delicious experience. We went at around 3pm on a Thursday…there was very little going on. Our waiter was average…the food took forever. The food was not as we remembered it…given, it has been 2 years since we were in the US because of covid…but we had the Santa Fe Salad and I thought there are black beans on that…but ours did not have any. The dressing also did not taste the way we remembered it. My husband had a burger…later that evening he was vomiting…he was sick for the next day too. That was the one thing that no one else at the table shared…as my daughters and I basically share and pick at each others dishes. Since he was the only one that fell ill and even the following days after that..none of us had a slight fever, vomiting and diarrhea. So we concluded it was the ground beef. After we paid for the restaurant, we went to the area for just the cheesecakes to order 2 slices To-Go. There was nothing going on..we stood there for 20 minutes before taking our slices and leaving. We watched one lady putting on plastic gloves in slow motion, placing a row of containers..and still nothing was happening on our order.. While on this trip, we did go visit one in Orlando (they now also have 2)..only picked up cheesecake at the Milenial Mall location..that place was bustling and we just went for 2 slices to go..we were in and out in 8 minutes. We also visited the newer location in Orlando and had an excellent server…good food…and did not have any issues. So for us..it was just this location and we would not suggest getting ground beef there.
