RUDE. UNSANITARY. NASTY EMPLOYEES.I waited in line for a lengthy amount of time.....ALL the employees ignored the entire line. When i asked if anyone was taking orders, the girl at the counter said in a rude tone, "there's a button to press right there." This is a place to get boba tea.......they had NO effing boba. How the f do you run out of boba. NO BOBA. No apology. THIS PLACE SUCKS. There are so many other places in gainesville to get boba tea - kung fu tea is 30 seconds away. Employees there need to learn basic manners.
Out of all the boba I've tried, TeaStori is the one to get it right! They have a lot of different options for drinks and boba and all of the options are amazing. I've been here quite a few times and will continue going for my time in Gainesville. Would definitely recommend!
Love TeaStori! Fun, delicious drinks, fast service, and wonderful desserts with tons of different interesting flavors (mochi and macarons)! My favorite mochi is the ube one, so good!
This is such a cute shop! Very good Boba tea and macarons. The two sided cups are cool. I tried the cherry blossom and jasmine milk teas and both were good. The taro tea is amazing too.
I love their tea and decorations. The staff is also quick and nice :)) Mobile ordering is a quicker way to get your order if there is a long line at the self-order stations.

I love TeaStroi because it has the best boba tea in GNV and an amazing atmosphere. I am so happy that the indoor seating is back! Mango milk tea is my favorite!
As for now the place is only for takeout due to covid measures, TeaStori is me and my family's comfort place to go to! I loved the service that they offered, and the employees are very kind. The drinks are addictive and reasonably priced! I would love to see more from them.
5/5 and I don’t even like tea that much. The experience and flavors were amazing. And my tea loving friends are obsessed.
