They are very understaffed which I completely understand but that doesn’t have too equate for bad service and plain rudeness. They didn’t have any of the sauces , napkins or forks out , nor was the self serve drink area open . The food is double the price of most Taco Bell’s. They ask at the kiosk how many sauces you would like and give you half of that , no napkins . Didn’t give enough forks for our order, didn’t give us our cups, I had too go back to counter and wait too be acknowledged for the 3rd time and wasn’t given the right size ordered and they were empty had to ask for them too fill them . Geez , if I could give - 00000 score I most definitely would !!! Party of 5 and almost $ 40.00 later, we are ecstatic to leave . Food was good though and correct!!
I have been through this drive through more times than I would like to admit. However, today, I had a great experience. It was nothing out of the ordinary, but the woman at the drive-through window was SO polite. She was helpful, and kind, and she smiled the entire time she was serving me despite being extremely busy. Just wanted to make sure that I gave “kudos” to her, although I didn’t catch her name. I attempted to call back a couple of times to tell her thank you. But I did not get connected. Regardless, she should be recognized for her awesome service today!
I give this Taco Bell two stars for their uncleanliness and unfriendliness. First of all the bathrooms were disgusting with paper towels spilling out of the trash can. The restaurant wasn’t much different. The tables weren’t clean and there was trash on top of and underneath the tables. We ordered our food and after we got it we found tons of things wrong such as missing tomatoes on the Mexican pizza and the toasted cheddar chalupa was burnt! The drink machine was broken and they didn’t have any condiments out. We got refills from the back but instead of using the cup we had they gave us new cups and told us to throw the old ones away for safety. I love taco bell, but when we got our food, first off it was sooooo sloppy! There was grease all over the shells and wrappers, it was a complete mess. Also some of our food was missing so my husband had to pull around, go in and get it. If we weren't in a hurry to get to work I'd have had them remake my entire order in all honesty. I won't return to this location again ?
Total indifference from staff, no greeting or any other eye contact - drive through was busy so we went inside - my bad.They ignored our order and focused only on drive through.25 minutes later for two people!Not clean either - one sees ? a lot when standing around for almost half an hour
I have been to this location twice now and will never come back if I can help it. Both times my order was wrong. But the 2nd time was worse than the first. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, at least the ones I dealt with. They cuss at each other and just have conversation that shouldnt happen in front of customera. I was given 6 sauce packets for a party pack and a combo and when I asked for more she gave me a rude look like I was such an inconvenience to her. She made someone else give me more, who only gave like 4 more so I gave up and left. The order ended up being wrong as we wanted meat and cheese only and every Taco had lettuce. The combo shouldn't have had tomatoes and it did. I had to repeat myself 3 times when ordering through the drive through. And she still got it wrong ?♀️
Was ecstatic the Mexican Pizza was back and all signs in and outdoors stated the combo was $8.99 but I was charged $10.49 plus tax ($11.23). I questioned the cost difference but was rudely shrugged off that that was the price. The clerk went to the manager when I asked if they would honor their posted price and the manager didn’t even attempt to be be customer friendly. I paid the higher priced bill because so much time had already been wasted on a couple bucks but it was the principle of it along with the rudeness. I did make a complaint with their franchise. Didn’t feel it was excessive after waiting for a refill and all the other customers standing around with multiple complaints. Poorly managed!!!
Ms. Patrice took my order at the drive thru tonight and she was so kind. I never received that type of customer service from Taco Bellbefore. Need more workers like herself. Long lines and not one time could I tell she was frustrated about the volume of customers she had to serve! Great job Ms. Patrice?
Out of a lot of stuff. Kiosk order only with no signs indicating after waiting forever to order in line. Very slow. We were the only customers inside. Too worried about drive thru to care about dine in customers.. Took over 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Fountain drink machine was turned off so had to wait forever to get refills. Out of mild sauce !!!!
Staff doesn't care about anything. Expect scraps when you order extra and expect to throw half of it out because it's cold or disgusting. We order from here multiple times a month because it's close and every time for 2 years now it gets worse and worse and worse, NO MORE, we are done. We've seen first-job teenagers perform better than the adults here and if we ever tried to feed them what they try to feed us they would be furious and feel cheated. So why is it acceptable for them to do that to us for 2 years? It's not. We're done with this location. Enough is enough, if you don't care then we don't either - cya.
