This store cant not getting much right on the orders. Twice now I have ordered the Spicey double beef Burrito s and there was no cheese, peppers or sour cream. I will have to think before going there and you cant even call them, all you get is a recording saying they cant take any calls at this time....grrrrrrrrr
Great location, even late! The staff are always very polite and helpful, and the facility is always clean and presentable. At peak hours one may want to double check the accuracy of their order, simply because of how chaotic and fast things get at this location.
Try to avoid this Taco Bell if you can. I have been here a few times and there always seem to be a problem either with my food or with the staff.
Great as always even though they have no staff. The staff that are there deserve credit for busting their butts to get everything done and right.
So little staff. Too high prices. Old favorites not on the menu. Corporate down sizing makes you think they are going out of business. Shame too , was my favorite food. Ate there with my wife.
Very rude cashier I asked for a refill at 6 20 pm and she gave me a dirty look and got me a refill very hastily and angrily and handed it to me very abruptly. Then she went to the female's bathroom with cleaning supplies but was accompanied by a male employee. That does not seem like standard practice I feel uncomfortable there now and I don't want to go back and I don't recommend that anyone goes back.
Would not let me pick up 2 mobile orders at the same time. Said it was against policy and made me go through the drive through line all over again just to get my second order, and were incredibly rude and dismissive about it. If both were already pre-paid, what difference does it make besides wasting my time?
When the only high point is that your food was fresh, tasty, and didn't make you sick the morning after, that's not a good sign.Pro tip, if ordering a Burrito Supreme from this and other Taco Bell locations, don't bother, just get yourself a soft taco supreme and you'll get about the same food for less money.Crazy how the fast food "shrink ray" has seriously decreased portion sizes this day and age. Also, if you're sensitive about COVID19 exposure, staff prepping my order wore no masks, be cautious.
My pregnant wife was craving sweet tea and she got a test tube full of jelly like liquid in a cup with god knows what floating around in it. I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else and that this doesn’t hurt the baby.
Best Taco Bell in Gainesville. Everyone on staff deserves a raise. They always accommodate and are polite, even late at night. My order is always correct, even when I make a lot of substitutes.
