This is the best home-made ice cream you will ever have. The dark house chocolate is awesome! They are moving to a new location, and have more home-made goodies there.
The ice cream was good didn’t give you much for six dollars and there single little scoop was three and looked like half a scoop. Also the was a COCKROACH running across the floor as soon as we walked in and the person that was touching the ice cream wasn’t even wearing gloves!!

Adorable shop, with the best ice cream in town! Hands-down the most creative, delicious flavors I've ever had, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I prefer to patronize independently owned businesses, and Sweet Dreams is a local favorite for a reason!
Homemade ice cream is a must whenever we travel, and this place did not disappoint. I don't think you can make a bad choice from their menu, and the decor and atmosphere are perfect.
It's the best ice cream shop in Gainesville. Mike and team really care about the quality of their ice cream and it shows in every flavor. The ambiance is fantastic and the work they've done in the community is much appreciated. Sweet Dreams is a treasure in town.

Excellent ice cream with plenty of flavors to choose from! Also had a piece of fresh pie with ice cream which was amazing! Great customer service was like a cherry on top of the already delicious visit. Will be back for more!!
unsanitary and the ice cream was thin. the service from the man behind the counter was even worse. there are much better ice cream shops in gainesville.
