Today they only had wraps and flatbreads. In the back of my head I wanted to walk out and say no ma'am. Being that I wanna lose some weight I decided to get a spinach chicken bacon wrap with spinach pickles white American cheese salt and pepper. The lady asked did I want it cut in half I said no it'll be gone by the time the half get cut ?. I jumped on the highway and by the time I got to the next exit it was gone. As I sit and eat my cookies I had to stop to say I'm glad I stayed. They could of been rude being short staffed and slammed but they were not and made my experience great I will definitely stick to this subway my first visit and I'm pleased. The workers refused to acknowledge me I called ahead and they didn't have my call the head order so I had to end up waiting anyway

THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION IN GAINESVILLE! I love the sandwiches. I came in last night and Sharon was great. Good attitude and perfect sandwich. Thank you guys for the nights that I don't feel like cooking!
I would give it a 0 star review but unfortunately that's not an option. Not only did their delivery driver that is directly through their website not bring half my order, they have some of the rudest, and most disrespectful staff I have ever seen, and I work retail so I know what customer service looks like and this isn't it. I called to try and rectify my order and not only did the woman raise her voice at me, she hung up when I called her out on her poor customer service skills. The staff needs to be fired and replaced.
Clean, got sweet Tea, has a very friendly staff, giving 3 stars cause they have Paper Straws, and this is the Only Subway I been in, in several states that doesn't do a military discount. But Yes, I would likely eat here again.
I ordered a Tuna melt sub with Sprite. They delivered the sub only. I called the store multiple times for refund at day time but they didn't even pick up the phone. This is frustrating. The sub was good though.

This is one of my favorite locations for Subway sandwiches because the employees are friendly and they listen and give great portions of meat and veggies, and they chop it up or will follow your instructions without attitude.
Waited ten minutes for them to finish the order I was picking up and I was already late. They stopped in the middle of it to take another customer and then finished their order before the one I was picking up. Bad experience.
