Excellent service from the girl working, but there was only 1 worker on a Friday evening. Not sure what's going on with the management but thats unacceptable, that poor girl was being run ragged trying to keep up with the amount of work she had to do.12/10 worker, really not sure how management thinks that's okay though. If you can't hire enough workers, you gotta fill the gaps yourself.
Holly was amazing! Got two subs and they were out of a few things but staff was amazing and let us get different drinks. They’re always killer when we go here and have great personalities. Staff if lovey! ♥️
Ordered from here via doordash.....ordered 2 Philly cheesesteaks with double meat and extra cheese and recieved 2 of the WORST subs I've ever gotten! I know for a fact I didn't even get full portions of meat, let alone double. I used to work at a subway so I know the portions. Skimpiest subs ever 4 onion pieces and green pepper pieces per 6 inch portion i ordered 2 footlongs..... not worth the money, employees must be unable to read here or they just don't care because when I called the store the phone rang until the call dropped and it was 8:40pm when I called I doubt you're that busy at that tike of night. And to add insult to injury the last 3 inches of my sub had NOTHING BUT SAUCE AND BREAD!
The sandwich was okay. It was not the fault of the staff that so many supplies were missing. I got a discount for waiting.
We got our food quick. The place looks new and clean.
There are many better subways in Gainesville, don’t go there if you have the option. Went in to get a sub for my kids lunch, tip 15% because I always get an extra plastic bag so they can each have their own bag lunch. The woman complained that she cannot give me a plastic bag, because it cost to much, this was after I paid so I told her to take the cost from the 15% tip!!!!! Really come on complaining about a plastic bag. Service is slow even tho I was the only one there. This has been the worst experience I have had in any subway. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
