They will try to sell you something you didn't ask for because they don't want to make what you've ordered, even replace your order but still with something they have on hand even if it's cold. What a waste of money not going to this location again

Omg the best workers I've ever seen, I had to sit here for 2 hours just waiting for the Mall to open and not once did these workers falter. They were quick and friendly, always had a smile on their face as they were constantly hammering through orders after order. I think they deserve a raise and PTO.

Needed some caffeine energy after driving for 5 hours and accidentally ordered two of the wrong drinks but the staff were so sweet and helped us figure out what we actually wanted, remade them quick, and offered us a couple of pup cups for our pups! Wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped us out she was amazing and made the experience awesome!

Fast and easy drive thru. Friendly staff and made my coffee perfectly.

An older Starbucks, a bit run down but very nice and efficient staff. Very limited parking in front, plenty in the back. Busy drive thru

This parking lot setup is ridiculous. If you're going through the drive through, you're good, but if you plan to pick up your order, prepare to be locked into the drive through traffic. Don't bother placing your order over the app, you gotta wait in the line, then park, then wait in the line again. Terrible spot for a Starbucks.

The staff is nice but I'm mostly scoring so low because there is no schedule half the time. I show up in the morning before work and online it says they are open and there is no sign saying they are closed.Wasting my time when I could travel somewhere else.

I'm sorry they are prepackaged so I can't not help. We frequently eat at Starbucks all over from Florida to Texas. My kids love the lunch boxes and ham swiss crosants. On this day my youngest son had a peanut butter and jelly box the sandwich was soggy and hard at the same time. My 5year old told the lady behind the counter that it was messed up she told him he's have to eat it that way because it's premade food. I understand that it's shipped to the store but why couldn't he have gotten a fresher one Starbucks is usually awesome in there customer service but this one was terrible. He ate what he could the carrots and cheese I had the chocolate raisins. I guess we'll just have to be more forward in our asking of Starbucks standards. P.S my coffee was great.

I love my coffee, but it's best to do it on the app if you have customs for your items
