Used to love this one except for today. I was fine pulling abound because they are a timer but it was completely unprofessional. They didn’t tell me to pull around to the place I was actually supposed to turn around to and I almost damaged my car and got in a car accident! When I went inside the manager smiled and laughed with the employee who misinformed me on where to pull around to! Not to mention they actually weren’t going to bring me the food I had to go inside for them to attempt to giving me my food. I refused due to all the trouble they caused. If I had to go inside I would have went inside instead of the drive thru. I have a dog in the car and did not want him to be hot while waiting!!!! The one who refunded me didn’t laugh refunded me and asked for final assistance! Kudos to her but I will be going to another Starbucks. I could careless because it’s just coffee but I’m not spending my money on a store that does not know how to act right.
Okay, I drove through the drive thru and was greeted by a lovely lady named Jen. She had the loveliest smile and was so kind! I actually live in Texas otherwise I would come here when Jen’s here, that’s how good she was. I just wanted to point out her kindness and tell Jen to keep it up, we need more people like her in this world. Thanks for being so kind and making my day better.
I usually never have issues here but today I encountered this?. Not acceptable. Staff is usually friendly but this is insulting.
Was not pleased with the Starbucks on NW 43rd and 53rd. Initially, I made a mobile order; then, when I attempted to check-out, it stated mobile ordering is no longer available. By then, I was already in route to that location. 0822: Then, I decided to go inside, hoping to speed up the process. I was FIRST in line and ordered right away. Drive-thru had only 2 people b4 me. I waited nearly 20 minutes b4 I received my 2 items; Grande Caramel Machiotto and Egg Bites with egg whites and roasted red peppers ?. The batista pointed to where I could get napkins without me having to ask, which makes me think she KNEW how messy the cup was: There was espresso on top of the lid and on the sides of the cup. Furthermore, I observed a small amount of espresso and I ordered an extra shot. I'll admit, it tasted great! Though, the egg bites were a little undercooked, they were fine, I suppose. In conclusion, I was late for work, when I should have had time. MOST Starbucks are amazing, especially in St. Augustine, but I don't recommend THIS one.
For whatever reason my app is not consistent so the money on my card is not easy to use unless I call support. Maybe it would help if there was a physical card.
There are many reasons why I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks instead of the Duncan that's closer ♡ I really wanted to tip Cara and the staff today but unfortunately it's cash only. Please fix ? we know you guys care about them ?
They won't let you smoke outside. Frankly coffee without a cigarette is un-American.
Hands down my favorite Starbucks location. The drive thru is always fast and the employees are always nice. My drinks also come out perfect here 99% of the time.
Phenomenal customer service! Lady taking the drive-thru orders was very sweet, soft spoken but easy to understand! Michael at the drive-thru window was the sweetest, his energy literally made my day!!
We waited 25 minutes in a relatively short drive thru line, to have to wait another 10 min for our drinks, all while the employees were goofing off and ignoring the customers and work. Once the drinks did finally come out, they didn’t taste like anything we ordered.
