I never try to do this but I am very frustrated with how rude Veronica was towards me. This store was out of Venti cups, which I usually get a grande drink made with extra ice in a Venti cup. The women taking my order was very sweet and made sure to include I wanted “extraaaaa ice” as seen in the photo below LOL. When I got my drink the ice was filled as if i was a grande cup with regular ice. I asked another women because I didn’t see who made my drink and asked if she could add more ice and Veronica looked at me like I was dumb and said “Look you asked for extra ice and I gave it to you like it was a Venti” and rolled eyes, which I looked back like ??? and said “all I asked for was extra ice” so while the women started putting more ice in, Veronica stepped over and started gossiping… Keep in mind, I got a STAWBERRY refresher and she didn’t put any strawberry base in it :))) all it taste like is mango :-) This is my regular drink so the color should be a little more pink and not as if I got a dragonfruit refresher w/ no inclusions :-) . The women at the registered was super sweet so let me reiterate that, not everything was a negative!
Decent coffee Great atmosphere But too many weirdos hang out here.. Sometimes making the experience uncomfortable That's why taking my stuff to go makes me happy
I juts BOUGHT a White hot chocolate mocha & they gave me just a mocha flavor at all the 3 girls working now were so rude and originally i wanted to get a caramel ribbon crunch and they said that they dont make frappuchinos an hour before closing the store i dont think thats appropiate to say to a costumer who is buying. i did not complain with them because i didnt have to much time. Worst coffee ever!!! And worstEmployees . This never happened before to me in any starbucks that I’ve been.
Lainey greeted me upon entry and was very kind, prompt, and informative. I could tell she was smiling behind the mask, especially with her caring tone. Kristina was very sweet and helped me decide on a delicious amazing drink. I could tell she put care into making it. I would normally say they that employees have good customer service skills, but i could definitely tell this wasn't a skill, but it was a mindset of genuinely caring for the customers.
Coffee was kinda bland. Not strong or sweet enough. It's weird sometimes I find it really good but others it's just kinda meh. The refreshers are great.
Didn't make what I ordered then said its "basically the same thing" instead of fixing it and also didn't use my free drink stars and didn't offer me to fix it
This location is actually disgusting. Counters always messy with crumbs, not appealing at all to customers especially since it is an open kitchen area. When I was watching somebody make my frap, I saw gnats fly out of the container that they were grabbing, so disgusting. I was looking around and noticed more flying more towards the ceiling. Highly suggest going to the location close by instead.
The option to change a tip at the register doesn't work and if your hands are full you look busy the cashier will just keep pressureing you to "hit the green button! Hit the green button!" . Check your receipt
Nice Starbucks located in the mall. Service was quick and drinks were perfect!
Everyone who works here is kind and considerate! I barely know how to order coffee and they told me everything I needed to know. The staff and coffee are A+! Kyla was so great to all of us.
