I waited TEN minutes for a melted drink that had to be remade because the person making my drink didn’t read the label for what I ordered. And because the employee made it wrong and had to remove the extra toppings that she added—when I specified that I did not WANT them—I wasn’t even given a full cup! She just got annoyed and handed it to me. I paid $5.60 for a drink that wasn’t even filled all the way and was melted by the time I got it. This is the WORST Starbucks that I’ve ever been to.

I asked for an Peach Green Tea Lemonade with very little ice and I got a cup full of ice.

I love this location. Outs convenient and always busy but the wait never seems to be long
