Again very disappointed with the entire experience from the time I pulled in the drive thru til I drove off... sadly then taking a drink of my drink I give it a 0 on a scale of 1-10 Starbucks is about consistency and this location is never consistent. Pineapple passion fruit refresher with coconut milk simple recipe and still cant make it right. Very sad
One of the staffs makes me feel uncomfortable. He asked me where I am from after he knew my name. Then he continued to ask me if Chinese people can use YouTube or not. I said no then he asked what I felt when I came to the US. “Do you feel the world is broader?” He said. Also he asked me if I think Hongkong is a part of China. I can’t get why he asked me so many things about politics and my identity since ALL I WANT is to buy a pink drink. Is that because I have a Chinese name? Anyway that makes me feel uncomfortable and have to say it’s really offensive to me.
I was here early before work (6:20) and I was the only person in line, my order was extremely quick and Alejandro was my cashier who was extremely friendly. He was very peppy and personable for how early it was. My coffee was amazing, thank you for such a nice start to my early morning!

Besides the date that stood me up, (you suck by the way) I had a great time (even all by myself)! I had a Carmel cookie crunch Frappuccino and it was incredible. The customer service was good, the staff was friendly, the place was clean and the price was great.

Great location! Lots of mobile orders while so many of us waited, I hate the mobile order feature.Staff worked hard and made great drinks!
Starbucks is the best. Order ahead on the app is so convenient and foolproof. Ordering in-person is another thing. More than not, the orders were made incorrectly, mainly due to barristas not focusing on me and being distracted. Curiously, the new core cups that are reusable have not been accepted in any Starbucks location I've visited.
I love getting Starbucks here , but it seems they are always running out of supplies to make certain drinks that I love to order. Still great service though!
Super busy place. Did mobile order upon leaving hotel, arrived and fresh hot customized lattes were served up! Great job! Very friendly baristas which was amazing considering how much they were hustling!
