This was my 1st time at this Sonny's. They definitely need a thorough cleaning day. The walls and tables were so nasty. Once I saw all the mess everywhere I lost my appetite. I brought 90% of my meal home. There's no reason that hasn't been cleaned up every night. It was hard and stuck on and could tell it had been there a while. It's very unsanitary and dangerous now days with the pandemic. These pictures don't really show how bad it was. The waitress and what little I ate was good and my parents likes their meal as well. Just very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Was recently at the Sonny's on Archer road and let me tell you something here partner, not only was the food jaw dropping fall of the bone fantastic, the service was phenomenal!!! Our server Adrianna had our food and drinks out in a timely fashion and was well respectable to our family! Made our kids laugh, and just felt as if she was part of the family. We wanted to take her home with us. Thank you so much Sonny's for a wonderful experience. May God bless you all.
Ordered > $70 family meal on line, they gave a time it would be ready. Arrived 10 min after their time and notified them I was curbside. They responded that it wasn't ready, a full 45 min later the order was delivered. Both a daughter and niece gave similar stories about picking up orders to go. Last time I’ll visit a place I used to love.

I had the best experience at this Sonny’s. The restaurant was so clean and my food was served in a timely manner and was exactly how i ordered it. The manager Roxanne came around and checked on us. She was such a joy to speak with and her customer service skills were above and beyond. I will be visiting very soon and hope to be greeted by the lovely staff and enjoy the best Sonny’s can offer from this location. Thanks for the outstanding service.
Customer service is fine here. My food was brought out to curbside in a timely manner. I went home to eat dinner and opened my $ 14.00 plate of the ribs and chicken combo..to find 2 rib bones and 2 small pieces of chicken. I understand that prices are up, that didn't bother me. Why not give decent servings. I still like Sonny's but I usually go to the one on Waldo Road in Gainesville, Florida . I should've followed my mind .oh well 14.00 gone on what looks like a child's plate.
I always enjoy my visit to Sonny's. The atmosphere is great the staff are very helpful. The food is properly prepared hot and taste good. The service is great. I usually sit at the bar and eat. I would always list Sonny's as a go-to restaurant for anybody that asks
They have an awesome BBQ Cobb salad I most definitely will have this again. The pulled Brisket with sauce and garlic toast is good as well. Save room for dessert the banana pudding is awesome as well
We both had the lean sliced brisket on a bun. Excellent flavor. The beans were a good choice for a side. The Sizzling Saucewas a nice add. Affordable.
First time we ate here was good. The second time, the food was cold, and they made it right after we told them. We figured we would give it another try, and brought some family from out of state. All of our food was very cold, and they forgot our sides. One plate was missing the ribs, we were then informed they ran out. So I am paying for a plate to recieve half of what I ordered, and they were okay with that apparently! Well, I was not. The plate was $18 alone. So we sent it all back and they said they would remake everything and that it would be piping hot. We got our food the second time and most of it was still cold. The cornbread was burnt on the bottom. We were all tired and hungry so we ate a little and got boxes to go. We will not be back and wouldn't recommend this place.
