Today was my very first visit to smoothie King ever. Ry was very helpful and very sweet young lady Thank you Ry for making my first visit awesome
I don’t ever do this but the employees are rude and disrespectful. I ordered and they took 20 minutes skipping my drink. They spoke to me in a rude manner especially the white girl. Terrible service.
Been here twice now and both times, they accepted a coupon but didn’t actually use it, so I paid full price anyway. Go to tropical smoothie instead
As usual, 2 college GENXYZer children attempted to provide what majority of kids are taught 2 believe/ interpret CUSTOMER SERVICE AZ these years!!!???UNFORTUNATELY... ALTHOUGH I WAZ A Regular &A Neighbor .... I will drive out of my way to recover CUSTOMER SERVICE at Tropical Cafe Smoothies ???
Charged me an extra dollar to get strawberries instead of dates in a smoothie with out telling me. I’ll be sticking to tropical smoothie around the block.
I did a mobile order, gave 45 minutes until pickup and it still wasn’t done for 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled pickup time. And it wasn’t done right. Wasn’t the first time this happened.
i used to come here almost every week and today was disappointed that they don’t offer $5 friday which is fine but then they charge for substituting ingredients? also i used to be greeted by the same group of friendly employees and now i walk in, not even greeted, but instead 2 young women just looking at me up and down, not even an hello when i get up to the counter and not even a have a good day when i leave. basic customer service would be appreciated. just go down the street to tropical smoothie for an over all better experience now.
Amazing service by Keyshawn and the team at This location. Had a large order (29 people) and they delivered on time and worked with us. Can’t recommend enough!
Great Smoothies But Bit Pricey For My Budget.
