I go to Smoothie King at least 2 to 3 times a week. Most of the time ,their are very young people there that needs alittle help with their customer service, like greeting people and acknowledge that someone came in. But, I went there this morning and there was a young man name Dayquan , he said they call him Day-Day. His customer service was so awesome. He was already waiting on two other customers, he took the time to greet me and told me he would be right with me. He was very helpful in our order and so polite. I told him how my previous experiences has been and he immediately said " I apologize for that. I told him I would love to share how good his customer service is and he said "Thank you ma'am " . He is the right guy to have for the morning shift at Smoothie King because he knows how to make someone day. I told my 15 year old grandson who was with me, Now, Thats how a person customer service should be. I hope I said his name correctly. Please let him know that someone recognized him. Ms. Kym
I saw a super cute boy there
Was going to take my kid to the Chipotle next door but the line was out the door, and there was one of those awful “we are short staffed” signs on the door. (Pro-tip: pay your crew a decent wage and this won’t happen to you!!) So we decided to get smoothies instead. Very clean and organized store!! The staff member I spoke with helped us to order something we’d both like and it was delicious! We’ll definitely be back!

Vaughn is one of the most helpful and generous employees I've met there. He helped me pick the apple kiwi kale which is the best smoothie I've ever had, and the deal he told me about with the bogo enhancers is awesome.
The worst customer service! These kids they hire now do not care about the customer, and they definitely don't care about their behavior. Really a shame because I like SK smoothies, but wont be going back again! Hey management! Spend some money on training these young people!!!
Daquaim t is the man for the job. My strawberry mango pure recharge is so good and the awesome crew is the reason I'm a regular.
