Had a great visit to Satchel’s Pizza. Bisited with a small group while planning a visit for next week with a larger group to visit. Food portions were generous and food quality was excellent. Homemade sodas were a unique touch that I really enjoyed! Highly recommend, must take time to walk around to check out their art installations!

The best pizza in town! That is all!

Found Satchel’s Pizza on Trip Advisor. The service from Savannah was great! The ambiance was great eating on the outdoor front patio & the food was delicious!!

Their pizza is awesome! We got an order to go and the staff is so nice and friendly, enjoyed their fabulous pizza at graduation! Highly recommend Satchel's Pizza in Gainesville, hope to be back!!

I've seen this place on all the must do lists and finally made it there. This place is awesome. The atmosphere is so unique and the food is so good! Their pizza and salad were so tasty. If you go make sure to take a stroll through everything, so many cool things to see. They also have a store in the back that carries novelty items. If you're in the area visit them.

Wish I could describe how awesome this place really is… it’s truly a destination in Gainesville. The decor is like no other.. eclectic, artistic and beautiful all at the same time. Like their pizza.. fresh , tasty and beautiful.. also a work of art. Pair it with a unique salad filled with apples, almonds, sunflower seeds tasty cheeses and.. oh yes … vegetables. So good with the homemade balsamic dressing. Oops.. forgot to mention the hand crafted sodas.. the ginger ale in particular.. oh my… and then the cookies.. well I might have to return really really soon!

Pizza - 10/10 We had Mama large pizza and it easily filled 3 guys who were hungry ?.Cheese pizza slice was good too. We ordered to taste it even though we were full.Arguably, the best pizza I had (if it was spicy, it would have become the best pizza).Drinks - Lola cola - fresh flavor compared to traditional cola. Too much of ice cube kinda makes it bland towards the end. All of us preferred less ice, but it was good.Lime: My friend liked it and as I shipped Ginger ale, I couldn't taste the flavour better. So, based on his opinion, it was good.Ginger ale: Too strong even for all of us who enjoy strong sodas and drinks. It was worth it in a way.Coffee: 10/10. Good aroma and taste (one friend had it and he liked it).Ambience: Really good and gives bit of different vibe compared to other restaurants. You can call it bit country, artistic, messy, too sparkly, gypsy, or something refreshing, but we liked it.Staff: very friendly and helpfulWe hope to rectify this in our next visit. We just randomly selected the first seating we found. Rather, we should have explored the place to find a better seating, but again, as there are many benches, you can select the best that you want.Overall, great experience, visit was memorable.

Satchels Pizza is hands down the best place in Gainesville!! 10/10. I got 1/2 a large Mama pizza with a blend of vegan cheeses (Daiya and Teese) along with sausage Tempeh, Green olives, banana peppers, and pineapple. Their in-house sodas are unique, and I would highly recommend the Ruby Root Beer. The only thing I wish they had was some vegan dessert—not an oatmeal raisin cookie. Overall the place has a quirky and unique vibe that adds charm to Gainesville.

Great pizza. Get the mama. The best fresh garlic. The chocolate cake is awesome also. I’ve read other recent reviews complaining about the pizza sauce and the dough. I’d say to those people that if you don’t like this pizza just stick to your dominoes and Little Caesar’s. You obviously don’t know what a good pizza tastes like.

The funky decor is interesting and somewhat fun. The staff and service are very friendly. Unfortunately the sugary sauce spoils the pizza and make the whole meal mediocre. The after taste is bad. With so many better pizza options available in town definitely go elsewhere
