Alex and co-worker are excellent with customer service.I finally tried Satch 2 for the first time and the taste of the Garden Variety Pizza was outstanding. I love the crispy bottom crust along with the chewy overall pizza. The veggies were delious and plentiful.I was equally impressed with Alex and her male co-worker who were so accommodating with my 11:45 PM arrival/order 15 minutes before they closing. They were clearly cleaning up for end of shift when I arrived. Alex and co-worker was cheerfully willing to make me a delicious pizza.Great customer service is very hard to find these days. These two were professional and kind to make one so late.I will return again. Excellent Pizza!
Satch squared...I don't know if there was a satch I but satch squared is incredible! Thick style pizza and the pepperoni honey combo was ??? soooo GOOD!!! Love this place so much can't wait to stop next time traveling through!
This place serves up some awesome pizza! The meat pizza with hot honey drizzle is top notch! Reminds me of pizza back home. The only thing I could complain about is the very weird “music” that was playing outside by some sort of “DJ / musician”. In my 40 years on this earth I’ve never heard anything like it before. It was terrible but the pizza made up for it. It was so bad that I almost ate in my car so I didn’t have to listen to it. I’ll definitely be back but hopefully next time they’ll have a different DJ. :)
Okay, this might sound a little unhinged but I showed up in town, was taken here to eat, the waffles were so good that I had a dream about them and the next day I couldn't get them out of my mind so made someone drive me back so I could get more waffles. Keep in mind they are better fresh, no to-go because they lose a bit of their crisp when they steam themselves in a to-go box. Also the pizza was delicious, there were fun knick-knacks to buy. Good atmosphere. The waffles will haunt me in a good way.
Love everything about this place. This pizza is my absolute favorite in Gainesville! The food park location is very fitting and makes for a great little outing. Friendly staff too!

Just learned about my food allergens, this was the first gluten-free place I tried as previous reviews raved about this place!The pizza was beyond delicious and the crust/dough was undistinguishable that it was even gluten-free. I will be coming back with friends and family! The vibe of the place was spectacular, and the items in their shop tempting to buy. Definitely a must-go!
Great deep-dish pizza. Bountiful toppings, savory sauce, and the caramelization and crunch on the crust was awesome. Unlike some deep dish I've had, this wasn't all bread. Very friendly and speedy service, too. The indoor dining area is tiny and only some of the outside seating is under cover, so if you plan to eat there rather than doing carry-out, you'll want a day with decent weather.
Detroit Style pizza in 15 minutes is pretty awesome. We shared a pizza with pepperoni and hot honey. Also a fan of the location with the multitude of outside seating.
