I hate to complain, but my goodness...I had a terrible experience. The table, plates and wine glasses were dirty. The manager and servers were eating out in the open and were quite nonchalant.Although I got my food in good timing, I couldn't finish eating because the restaurant felt dirty. I told the manager and she said she will "tell the busser." No effort to fix the situation. I will NEVER go back there again.

Love the hibachi! Great for something different.

the cooks are so nice and the food is awesome

We walked past the kitchen on the way to the bathroom when we walked in and saw someone shoveling noodles into a container with their bare hands. No words can describe how repulsed I was to witness this. From the same view I saw with the noodles, I also noticed how dirty the kitchen was. The floor was wet outside the kitchen with dirty towels on the floor everywhere to soak up the dirty water all over. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. There wasn't any soap in the soap dispenser, the paper towels were out of the dispenser and all over the countertop wet, and there was urine all over the floor. We walked in initially to use the restroom and then sit at a table, but after what I saw, I'll never be going there ever again. I'm disgusted.

It really takes a lot for me to be mad enough to write a negative review on Google, but my god does this place deserve it. I have ~tried~ to eat here 3 times, and every single time a different thing has gone wrong. They never pick up their phone, so we never know how long the wait will be or whether they can seat us (which is extremely annoying for big parties you usually go to get Hibachi with). On top of this, the staff is poorly trained and spends most of the time looking around and talking to each other. You may be thinking, "oh, I guess we can just go get takeout." The first time I tried this, I showed up on time and my order had already been given away to someone else. We spent another 35 minutes waiting for them to remake it, and the hostess was not even there to tell us what was going on. The second time I tried, it was ready 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and was cold, meaning that it had been sitting out for us for at least a while. That whole time was spent sitting in the waiting area, while their hostess was no where to be found. She eventually came to tell us that they were "working on it," before disappearing for another 25 minutes. None of their staff is helpful, or really knows what is going on.Good food can outweigh horrible service, but it's not even that good. Spend your money elsewhere.

Updating my review from 4 years ago from 4 stars to 5 stars. Our Server Matt was excellent! He made sure that is was a great day for the birthday girl! It's her new favorite place now too besides mine and my husband's. Thank you Matt!

Everything was superior from the time we got there until we left. In at 11:35 out 12:25. The waiter, and cook was very good.

Great! The wait took a while but oh so worth it. Flavor. Plenty, plenty food. Decided to go for the Babaa 5th Bday. Had the strip beef and vegetables. Mmm mmm good. I cannot believe that I live so close for so many years and never been here before. This is a good size restaurant. Automatically give to go boxes cuz so much food. I will definitely be back again and again. ? ?

I don’t know if the hostess was on drugs but it was absolutely rude. We came at 8:50 and they close at 9:45. They basically said we don’t have anymore hibachi tables because they’re closing up even though the restaurant was full. So about eight parties left very unhappy. I’ve been there three different occasions and it’s always a problem every single time. They won’t be getting my money anymore

My husband I have been enjoying sushi and Hibachi at Samurai for years. The rolls are always well rolled with lots of ingredients. My favorite is the crunchy roll. You don’t have to eat at the Hibachi table to enjoy hibachi meals. It costs nothing to have the chef split one plate into two. There is always plenty of food! And the lunch Hibachi chicken is only $9.95- increasing the value of a quality Japanese meal. The management also offers a military discount which makes the value go up even more.
