The service was horrible! Our waitress never asked to refill our drinks. We were thursting to death!! She forgot to grab part of our order, after being asked twice she finally brought the rest of our food when we were finished. We had to wait for almost 25 minutes after we were done eating and several trips by my husband to find her and then finally ask for a manager that never came, for her to take payment for our bill. It was hands down the worst service I believe we have ever experienced at any dine in restaurant. Now with all that being said our waitress was just as nice and pleasant as she could be. She was just a horrible server.
Our server was fantastic! Big win for Liz, best service we have had there by far..her service was perfect!Food: everything was tasty, a bit on the higher side of salty BUT my fried fish was not good. They over battered it and over fried it until the fish curled. Didn't really eat it and left a bit hungry.
Pretty decent Red Lobster that's easily located on Newberry Rd, right before the I-75 entrance ramp. Lots of parking as well. Service was friendly and fast, and the Cheddar Bay biscuits were warm and fluffy. If you have a craving for some seafood, definitely check it out. Portions are extremely generous, so bring some company and your appetite!
I haven't been to Red lobster in a while, due to the portion to price ratio. That being said, I went recently and it was way better this time. My wife and I went to celebrate an occasion and it was fantastic. The service was great as well as the the food. I think the price is still a little high but I felt good with the bill this time around. Portions were better and like I said, service was fantastic.
Our fish was overcooked but the manager was very sincere and had our food remade . Was a pleasant experience .Photo below was starters

It started good and ended good, but the in between was a little off. Ordered the New England clam chowder and received it at room temperature. I am not one to fuss, but this was not good. The waitress exchanged it with a hot version and the rest was great. The biscuits they serve as you wait were delicious. Overall, it was a 4/5.

My husband and I had a very good experience. We had a small booth; only had to wait about 5 minutes (on a Saturday night, no less), which was terrific, because we were cold and exhausted, from the Gator Nationals.Our server, Eric, was polite and very attentive, and gave excellent service. Even the manager introduced himself, and asked if everything was to our liking, which it certainly was. The food was hot and delicious; we ordered the fish and chips, I forgot to ask for malt vinegar, but the fish was so perfect, it wasn't necessary. The server was so gracious, thanking us for being at this Red Lobster, as did the manager and the hostess.This visit to Red Lobster was perfect.We will definitely return, next time we're in Gainesville. Thank Y'all so SO MUCH!
