This is the best chain restaurant in USA. I will recommend it to any south asian as the taste is similar to south asian foods
Bunch of lazies working here. Lights are off. We walk in the restaurant and then we are told that it's only drive-thru. Duh, knumbskulls lock the doors and turn on the lights.
I love their tropichop as it has beyond meat option. An excellent choice for vegan people.
Disappointing!Ordered a box with grilled chicken (veggie rice + beans+cheese +peppers+onions), got a box with plain rice and grilled chicken

For this place to be better, they need to hire a complete spanish crew for the kitchen. Go to a Pollo Tropical in miami or orlando and taste the difference.
It is fantastic the major problem used to be lines but recently it has been empty and my order is ready quickly

Stopped here after a tour of the school and the service and food were amazing. Safire Miller was friendly and helpful. Not just to me, but to everyone I saw go up to the counter. Food was fresh and very good. I was very impressed with the amount of food we got for the price. We will definitely be back while visiting our daughter!!
My wife loves the tasty food , the owners should love the cash flow but seem to forget to schedule enough janitorial in the retail area make me wonder if the food prep area is up to standards
