Talk about some of the most delicious Vegan and Plant-Based food in Gainesville. I’ve been to Plantology a few times, and each time I’m reminded of just how delicious their food is. Today a friend and I got the ‘Cheezy’ burger, Caesar wrap, and Veggie fries, all of which were so packed with flavor. I also tried the ginger brew root beer, my personal favorite. The only issue I have is that food trucks seem to seriously hike up the price for their food—especially plant-based ones—maybe this is just a Gainesville area issue; $12 for a burger appears steep. 8/10.
This place is amazing every. single. time! My coworkers and I get this at least once every week and every time we try something new we’re stunned. Also every staff member is super sweet. Highly recommend!
I've been here many, many times, and the food is always somewhere between "good" and "great". Today was my first visit back after about a month, and i have to say the food was OUTSTANDING. You can just tell they've been honing their craft, upgrading ingredients, and improving processes. I highly recommend the deluxe burger, and don't forget you can add pickles to that. Oh, and the people who work here are super friendly.TLDR: The food was great, and now it's amazing.
Really helpful staff! And the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had and the biscuits and gravy were amazing. Loved the food and will definitely come back whenever I’m in town.

Best plant-based American food from the Villages to Gainesville. I recommend the ranch chicken sandwich and the loaded fries. Food was fresh and service was excellent. I was expecting the food to take longer, but was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go back and recommend it. I think people would enjoy this food whether they're vegan or not.

What???? How does this place have ANY positive reviews? I know Gainesville vegans are not this hard up for food. Mac n cheese was inedible. Literally. Noodles were way undercooked, soaking in a flavorless watery fluid they try to pass for cheese. Burger tasted of nothing but salt and wheat. My "cheezy" burger had no cheese at all and the patty was absolutely flavorless aside from the kiss of an a flat top that has never been cleaned. Very disappointing. $23 for a burger and a side, no drink. Didn't finish anything. Straight into the trash. Easily some of the worst food I've ever had.
Best vegan food I've had PERIODT. like the fries alone will keep me coming back! The burger is I think tempeh based so different profile than an impossible or beyond type thing. Cheezy is SOO good but not an American cheeseburger classic flavor profile. More of a Gourmet style with the muenster cheese and caramelized onions. tasty, filling, savory... But the Fries.... The fries... I DREAM OF THE FRIES ??
Online it says it's a restaurant but it's actually a good truck. Huge shout out for being all vegan BUT my significant other, my four year old, and myself all got wildly sick after eating here. Only thing keeping it from a one star is the fact it's all vegan lol
