Hard to find good help these days? No Quality Control on drivers to ensure food arrives on time or undamaged, and little to no compensation. At least the other guys have "Pizza Insurance"!
YALL DONT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I like my food a certain way & the app or website doesn't have the specific modifications on it to be able to modify it so you'd have to call. & they hardly ever answer.
The online service was easy to use my delivery arrived within 30mins of me placing order and everything was hot n delicious
For my order to not be burnt and not get the wrong cheese sticks. My stuffed crust pizza was burnt and too tough to eat. My pastas, one of them was opened. Furthermore, cheesesticks were not cheesesticks they were breadsticks with some kind of seasoning on them and my cup of marinara sauce was a little too sweet.
My food is always hot and ready to go ?? they deliver on time never fail
The people at the restaurant were nice and friendly. The driver was very and friendly. I really enjoyed my whole experience.
I ordered via the app. Last time on the app, I was able to select "Hut Favorite" as seasoning on the crust. The app did not give me the option to choose this time around. It was very frustrating. Eventually I entered it in the "special instructions" field. Also, it would be useful if there were a way on the app to save your "favorite" pizzas, That way you could pick them with one click instead of having to build the same pizza every time from scratch.
Unlike my experiences with other pizza places, or even previous Pizza Huts, this one got my order correct, delivered it in a timely manner, everything was hot and fresh. It was an overall enjoyable experience!
My pickup was supposed to be contactless. When I arrived there were employees standing around outside and inside. After waiting a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me (as the employees stared at me inside my vehicle from inside the restaurant) I went inside. Again, no one acknowledged I was standing there. I ordered 4 orders of wings. 2 of the orders were bagged and the other 2 I had to balance on top of the pizza boxes as I attempted to carry it all to my vehicle with no assistance from the workers.
I just want to say very bad management
