I am really confused about the good reviews on here and I’m going to go through my reasons.1. Garlic cheese bread: the bread is low quality, looks like they just slapped a slice of cheese, and smothered it with butter.2. The cheese sticks: it literally is something I could have purchased at Publix and thrown in the oven myself but would have more quantity of it. Freezer section to be more specific.3. Margarita pizza: the crust tastes like rubber, non existent cheese, the tomatoes on the pizza are literal canned tomatoes.I literally had a great 10 minute laugh with my boyfriend about how they probably googled pizzeria items and then figured they would google how to do the rest. Because of the good laugh about how awful everything was I gave it another star.
The best pizza I’ve had in Gainesville. Their crust and sauce is so fresh and tasty that you won’t need any toppings. Here’s a picture of their cute box.
This was our first time eating here. We ordered delivery because we were staying in a hotel in Gainesville. Our food was delicious we ordered a calzone, Lasagna and salads . They delivered right to our hotel in a timely manner very friendly delivery driver. Overall our experience was fantastic !!
Pizza, wings, garlic knots, and cannelloni are average, at best.Online ordering process works well, but don’t add a tip in advance…we did so, then the delivery took almost two hours, and the pizza and wings were lukewarm. Apology was offered both times I called to check on the order, but no effort was made to make up for the poor performance.Guess we’ll have to keep looking for a good pizza place in Gainesville.

I just had Peppino’s for the first time and all I can say is…. WOW….. I’m originally from north eastern NJ where pizza is like air to us, I say that to say that we know good pizza when we taste it… Peppino’s is all that and then some! If you’re into QUALITY pizza 10/10 highly recommend Peppino’s. Every bite will leaving you savoring for more everytime. Easily the most tasteful Pizza I’ve had in the 4 years I’ve lived in Florida.
Went by this past Tuesday with my mom and son thinking we were gonna dine in only to discover that they only do carry-out and delivery. The smell alone when I walked in was enough for me to wait however long it was gonna take to walk out with one of there pizzas. 25 minutes later we were back at our hotel eating some of the best pizza we've had in a very long time. Yall are fantastic and we will definitely be back!
Excellent pizza! Tried them for the first time tonight, getting a pizza and some garlic knots. The garlic knots have a HUGE amount of garlic on them, which is a plus for me. Also, not too much butter (a lot of places I've had drizzle way too much butter on their knots, breadsticks, etc. for my tastes). The pizza itself was great. Crust was an excellent consistency, that perfect balance between chewy and crispy. The sauce was nice and robust, but didn't get in the way of flavor balance. I don't really have any comment on the cheese - it didn't stand out in a good or bad way, which is a good thing. My toppings were sausage and meatballs, a good, salty contrast to the mild sweetness of the sauce. I definitely recommend this place.
