The BEST vegan Banh Mi I have ever had. Authentic & sooooo delicious. I’m sad this wasn’t here before I graduated. Happy to support this business ??
Great experience! No beef products if that's an interest, but the options we ate (one pork and one chicken) were delicious.
I decided to try Paris Banh Mi today, and I was incredibly pleased. The customer service was great, with friendly staff members to greet you. The options seem plentiful from Vietnamese sandwiches, burgers, Boba tea, bakery items, and dessert. The prices are also very reasonable as well. I decided to order the Pate Steamed Pork (Banh Mi Pate Thit Do). I was incredibly satisfied with the portion size, and taste of the sandwich. The ingredients tasted very fresh, and the flavor was incredibly rich. In terms of price point, the price was comparable to Publix subs. I would hands down prefer to order another sandwich from here!I went during intersession, so the restaurant was empty. I also know that it recently opened. I hope to see more people try out Paris Banh Mi. You can't go wrong here. The food seems to be of great quality, and the prices are very reasonable. There a couple of Vietnamese Pho restaurants within a 10 minute radius, however, Paris Banh Mi fills a void through offering sandwiches and bakery options which campus has been lacking.I'd strongly recommend checking out Paris Banh, and will definitely be back.
I first came on their grand opening day, and find myself coming back almost too often. Their teas are flavorful and not too sweet, and their bánh mì are truly delicious. Their vegetables are fresh and their meat is flavorful. I didn’t expect this restaurant to be as good as it is, you should definitely try it for yourself.
Awesome location right in midtown and extremely clean. I got the Paris by Night and my girlfriend got the Sea Salt Coffee. Everything was excellent.
It’s so good! So glad this opened up near campus. The place is so clean, staff is friendly, and great food and boba!! Love it
Ecstatic that one of my favorite bahn mi places in Orlando opened a location in Gainesville! Even more happy that when I tried it, the bahn mi is as delicious as I remember. I've had almost all the other options for bahn mi in Gainesville and this is definitely the best in terms of the crispy bread, proportion of ingredients, quality of meats. Highly recommend getting their artichoke tea as well. Prices are reasonable. Pro tip: Park in the Publix across the street. Will definitely be coming back soon!
I had a wonderful experience today! The sandwiches are amazing and they have so many pastries and snacks as well. Really good location right across from UF next to the Target building. I really loved the B1 Special.
Food was ok. Not the best bahn mi I've ever had. As far as boba tea stori is way better. The worst thing was one of the young girls in the kitchen was literally eating food with the same gloved hand and continue to make food afterwards. She was right behind the cashier and it was obvious. Not sanitary
Good place for Banh mi’s in Gainesville.Ill start off by saying other paris banh mi’s i’ve been to (orlando/jacksonville) had better banh mi’s than this establishment, and this is nowhere near the best banh mi i’ve had, but this is the best i’ve found in Gainesville. The prices are a little high but it’s in the plaza with the standard so it’s to be expected. I got a dac biet (cold cut special) and it was pretty good. The pate is very buttery/mayonnaise-y compared to others i’ve had, and my bread wasn’t toasted in the slightest like it should be. Also the menu picture shows $8 but the cash register rings it up as 8.25, just a side note. Not the best banh mi you’ll ever eat, but one of the best in gainesville and in a very conveniently accessible location for UF students. I’d still recommend it as a treat every once in a while. They also have a selection of boba and bakery items!
